Hotel BelleVille

We found most of the staff rude and disagreeable the food was appalling hotel in not good state of repair is located on an extremely busy dangerous road with very few Crossing places especially for children to get to beach. We went with TUI and have done for many many years. We are a easy going family and don't often write any reviews I can't understand why TUI uses this hotel

my husband and I were there September 2024. we made friends with some very nice people at the hotel. we found the hotel very clean rooms, towels and sheets spotless clean, the pool area clean staff friendly but there was one big problem FOOD and dining area was more like a works canteen most of the food was cold every night and at breakfast what the hotel needs is a good chef , we would not return there again I would have said it was lower than a 3 star

I have just returned from spending a week at this hotel with my daughter and granddaughter and I cannot believe how amazing it was. I met the loveliest people. The staff were amazing. The owner couldn’t help you enough. She was friendly and made sure everyone was happy in her hotel. The beds were comfy. The pillows were super. There was always a sun lounger. No having to get up first thing in the morning to put towels out. The breakfast was basic but the food at night was fabulous. Lots of options. 8 flavours of ice cream that you could have as much as you wanted. The rooms were clean. Fresh towels and fresh sheets every 2nd day. Free air conditioning. Fab music playing all day by the pool. Bingo nights. Just a brilliant little find. We’ll definitely go back. There were a couple there last week complaining that it was noisy and not comfortable. I’m not sure where they were staying as they couldn’t have been at the same hotel as me. It was just a perfect little hotel to stay in. Can’t wait to come back x

We booked half board through tui £1100 for a week in August for 2 adults and a 9 year old. Flying from Newcastle increases our price. Our transfer took us to the wrong hotel bellvue, so took an hour! We were welcomed on arrival and given information about the area. The room 202 was clean and comfortable, we took our own kettle and coffee. There was a fridge, hairdryer and safe. The aircon and shower were great. WiFi was good and free. The pool was clean, sun all day and no battle for beds/parasols. Good music. Everyone was friendly and all the children played together. Floats were allowed, no lifeguard. The pool was 1.3m - 1.5m deep, not heated but a good temperature. Bar snacks and drinks were reasonable 5lev for a bottle of cider or pint of lager. 8 lev for cheese toast 12 lev for pizza 5lev for homemade chips. The wine was 39 lev a bottle for £4 lidl wine so I didn't bother as the wine per glass 6lev was not great. But the cider was nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh, hotdogs, scrambled egg, boiled egg, French toast, beans, tinned tomatoes, toast, cereal, cheese, cucumber, yoghurt. Jars of coffee. Diluted juice. Evening meal was always hot and fresh, and tasty. The half board did not include a drink. They made my daughter plain pasta on request one night. The staff were always very nice and friendly. The hotel had such a chilled atmosphere we didn't go out much as it was very hot. The local area had bars, caoco beach. We did the lazy day boat trip £110 through tui, which was lovely. We made some great friends and had a lovely relaxing holiday. One week was not long enough and can't wait to return.

After searching for a cheap holiday I found this on TUI site for 1/2 price for 2 adults and 1 child (13) one week 1/2 board, £860 for us all should of been around£1700 on arrival got dropped off on the other side of the road and check in was easy given given key and we were on top floor (4 levels) rooms are very basic but clean and change of towels and bedding every 2-3 days our room had a fridge and FREE air conditioning but no safe, they are in the 24/7 reception , which cost £40 lev for 1 week, pool ok size for size of the hotel and once in is very nice, always enough sun beds , HALF/BOARD, Choice of different flavours of teas and 2 different coffee, there’s only water and a punch drink for kids, BREAKFAST = bread , butter, jam, boiled eggs scrambled egg or fried egg , fried bread (there bread) baked bean (broad beans in baked bean sauce) hotdog sausage, side cheese and tomatoes,, EVENING MEAL=pork stew , some kind of chicken( nuggets burger wings) potatoes ( mash, little roasties or sliced in cheese ) and whatever veg ( broccoli, carrots, peppers, Varys daily , DESSERTS = selection of different flavours ice creams, chocolate or strawberry mousse cold rice pudding and watermelon 🍉 all drinks have to be paid for but are reasonable prized and a lot of selection, STAFF, the owners partner is very friendly and she’ll tell you all you need to know there’s is young bar staff who are very friendly and one older one who’s very miserable but will still go out her way to help you, BUSTOP= right outside the hotel one side goes to sunny beach (2 lev)and the other goes to nessebar (2lev)sunnybeach is very lively plenty bars clubs and restaurants many bars have entertainment each night there’s a fair plenty tattoo shops, Nessebar is lovely very quantity plenty little shops and bars totally opposite to sunny beach drinks and food bit more expensive last bus from sunny beach to hotel is around 12 o’clock pm taxis vary in price feom £25lev +can walk back which takes around 30/40 mins bare in mind there’s no bars along the way so make sure you go toilet in sunny beach.. some bars away from flower street are very cheap £4lev a pint£2 and as little as £1 lev (50p) a shot hotel is about the same not sure on spirts or shots Holiday over all had a lovely time and I’d come back but more into sunnybeach but I can’t say this hotel is either brilliant or bad like I’ve said it’s just average and for what I paid I found a great deal if I’d of paid the full prize I think I’d of been disappointed x

Apart from the lack of kettle in my room it was as per the description, room was basic but had everything we needed. Pool area was clean, pool was very clean too, last few holidays I've been on I felt greasy coming out of the pool however the water was always crystal clear. Bar area was nice, drinks and bar snacks well priced... buffet brekkie and tea was nice. Apart from one evening there was always something myself and two boys would eat.... couldn't complain. Well positioned in that you can walk into the centre of sunny beach, to nessebar and Cacao Beach too all in a short amount of time, bus stops right outside the hotel too going in with directions and only costing 2 lev per person. If you want a pleasant, family friendly hotel then I'd definitely recommend 👌
