Jordanelle Deer Valley Ski Lift: 12 minutes

Deer Valley Resort: 15 minutes
PARKING
- Two Parking Spots. There are two spots to park in the garage. No street parking from November 1 to April 30.
During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.
Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
Minimum age to book this property is : 21
