Above and beyond any “motel” I’ve ever seen. We are Hilton type people and during a 2 week east coast trip, this place turned out to be our favourite 2 night stay The commitment to quality lives here in every small detail, I know because I looked for a fault but this is a true 10/10 Try sitting outback after a long day in a beautiful gazebo at a Hilton Koodos to the family running this Inn

This is a family owned motel, and they own this motel and Cairns Motel across the street. Though it’s not fancy it has beautiful grounds with picnic tables and a gazebo, and the rooms are newly updated and squeaky clean. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. The owners were very accommodating to anything we needed. What was great about this motel is that it was just off the Confederation Trail so we could ride our bikes right from the motel.

Modern room with clean linens and firm yet comfortable beds. The bathroom is updated and in good shape. The laundry facilities were clean. A microwave and mini fridge were an asset. A new bigger screen tv and newer furnishings were appreciated. I would definitely recommend for the right price.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay- beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was great and hot! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Aaron was so friendly and welcoming. Great location to spend the day exploring any part of beautiful PEI.

Excellent place to stay. The owner went above and beyond to help us out while our flights were delayed for hours. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area.

Clark's Sunny Isle Motel offers the 3 Cs....Cleanliness, Comfort and Cost-effectiveness! Owned by the same wonderful owners as the Cairns Motel across the street, the motel has the same attention to detail. The rooms are spotless, well maintained and offer amenities found at large chain motels. A decent sized fridge, microwave, coffee station, large tv and lots of outlets to charge your electronics. A desk to work at comfortably and the beds are comfy too! The bathroom is well outfitted with shampoo, etc and a hairdryer. We liked the units back from the road, overlooking their pretty lawn and gazebo. When we come to Summerside we either stay here or at The Cairns. There are no other choices for us.

My Aunt and I stayed at the Sunny Isle Motel from July 31 to Aug 3, 2023. We had a wonderful experience there, No wonder they have a 5 star rating. They deserve it! We loved the beds and pillows - so comfortable! The motel room was clean beyond our expectations. There was a small fridge and freezer, perfect for our needs, and a microwave that we used daily. Our room had a back deck that faced the water (away from the road). We both enjoyed sitting out there in the morning for coffee and in the evening for a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. There is mention of a walkway to the water from the back of the motel, but we couldn't find it. Maybe it has grown over or we looked in the wrong place. However, the back of the property is lovely, with manicured lawns and a gazebo. Lots of space for a stroll under a canopy of large trees for shade. Our balcony had hand carved eagles and other animals right off the deck. Such a nice surprise! The picture on this post is actually their other property across the street from the Sunny Isle Motel, called Cairns. I cannot speak to it, because we didn't stay there. However, given our experience where we stayed, I am sure it is equally as good. The owners were amazing and so accommodating! We love you guys! I would love to go back there and wish our hosts the best because they have earned the five stars I am giving them. Penny and Fran from room 4.

New Owners.....but definitely the same personal touches we always rec'd fr Myles Clark. They are across the street, ( Cairn's Motel) but hands on @ all times. Truly ,a wonderful Family atmosphere . Highly Recommend

Bed was very comfortable, had everything we needed for the one night. Check in is directly across the street at the Cairns Motel. Make sure you put in Water Street EAST in your GPS otherwise you end up at the other end of town.....
