Outstanding. Everything. This hotel is family run and has the most amazing customer service which began before we even arrived. The room I booked was on an upper floor with a low, sloped roof, they messaged us and verified this would be what we wanted. They coordinated laundry service for us, listened to us explain where we had been, and what interested us, and then helped develop the sights that matched that experience. I would highly recommend this property and the truly warm and sincere management and their customer focus.

This family-owned business was WONDERFUL. Can't say enough about how lovely the two owners were. They gave us great suggestions on places to eat and things to see. The beds were very comfortable and they had great sheets - which is very important! The included breakfast was delicious and many items offered were handmade. I recommend this place for any type of travel.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and enjoyed interacting with your beautiful family. It is refreshing to see so many small businesses run by family in Italy. Not so common in America anymore. Hotel Rojan is right in the historical center a short walk to everything. This is a ZTL zone, but if you drive by car they will register your car so you don't get an expensive fine. The owners (brother and sister) speak English and are very friendly. They assisted us with dinner reservations and purchasing local products. They serve a complimentary Italian breakfast as well. We would definitely stay there again!

This Hotel is truly extraordinary in all respects. Hospitable, truly friendly, obliging, immaculately clean and a short walk from the centre and without doubt, THE most delicious ciambellone angel cake for breakfast with the best coffee in town. This Hotel and the wonderful family that runs it deserves our business and we will be back.

Best place to stay! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The owner stayed up and waited for us to get home at 3;00 am from a wedding just in case someone might need something. They served a delicious breakfast every morning. The owners were so warm and kind. Enjoyed being there with them. We will definitely stay there again.

Took trip to Sulmona to visit family in July. Hotel Rojan was where we stayed for the 5 days we were there. We started as only a party of two and had booked 1 room. A week prior to the trip we need to add an additional room. They were easily accommodating to this last minute change. The location of this hotel is absolutely fabulous. It is close to the heart of Sulmona and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping!!! Every time we went out we were greeted by the friendly family staff! The rooms are spacious with beautiful decor and stocked mini fridge. It was very hot in Sulmona when we were there and the air conditioning was a wonderful retreat from the heat. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of items. This will definitely be the hotel we return to with our future visits to Sulmona!!

The perfect base to explore the area. We stayed for 3 nights at this lovey family run hotel. Clean and comfortable, with excellent breakfasts (and perfect coffee!). Gianluca and his mother gave us warm welcome and he was a great help in giving us detailed itineraries for a couple of days with his recommendations - some great off the beaten track walks gave us a fascinating insight into this beautiful area. We loved the local knowledge too - the perfect little bakery where we could pick up delicious pizza rosso for our lunch! A real pleasure to stay, hopefully back some day.

Reading the reviews before staying I had pretty high expectations for our stay here. And what can I say? Ive never experience the level of customer service like this from any hotels Ive stayed at including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Beverly Hills Hotel. This is not hyperbole, Angela and her family are a hospitality force of nature that is second to none. Within minutes, she had us feeling like we knew each other forever. She even came to meet us on the Main Street to make sure we could find the hotel due to a festival at the time. When you see so many good reviews for a place you think, at least I do, it’s too good to be true, but I can verify all the good things other people have said. THIS PLACE and the FAMILY are GEMS. The hotel is spotless, air con was perfect and the bed and shower were just as good. What else is there to say? If you are in Sulmona you must stay here - you wont want to leave and you will want to invite Angela’s entire family over for sunday dinner. Nothing better. HiGHLY RECOMMEND
