El hotel me gusto mucho la habitación estaba limpia y el trato del personal es muy amable y atento están para ayudarte realmente hacen muy bien su trabajo. Recomiendo hospedarse aquí muy cómodo y confortable.

Excelente atención, buen servicio con instalaciones adecuadas para una estadía placentera. El personal muy capacitado y amable , con total disposición para ayudar al huésped. Sin duda volvería a sus instalaciones para mís futuros viajes.

Nos hospedamos porque leímos muchos buenos comentarios sobre este hotel y realmente esta súper bien este hotel el personal de recepción es muy atento y siempre nos preguntaban como estaba todo les recomiendo por su cómodas y silenciosa ubicación

shower head broken, not hot water, not pressure in the shower, bathroom is very small, not hangers, tv not working they moved to 3 different rooms please fix all this before you rent this rooms. stay away from this hotel

Honestly for the rate, I was expecting more. First of all at check in I wasn't recognized being a diamond member, and front desk seemed like they didn't want to be there. Second i was in the fourth floor and the people next to me were super loud didn't get no sleep at all. The wifi sucks too. Overall 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 0 stars If I Could

Please stay away from this hotel, the owner is a scammer! They charged my card 4x after I complained about finding a mosquito on my omelette 🤮🤢🤢 . In the middle of the night I felt something crawl on my leg and it was a bunch of ants, everything about this hotel is horrible. No towels, no shampoo, Please spend your money elsewhere.

This hotel states to be "renovated" but its all sh*t. Elevator sucks, breakfast sucks, room is small and for the rate its not worth it. If you want ants all over your bed and roaches then go ahead. Spend the extra few bucks to stay at a nicer hotel like Marriott.

We stay at this hotel , for a family reunion but the Breakfast was not too good and the Elevator is very slow. the good things rooms are clean and nice very quiet hotel the manager is very attentive and make us Feel welcomed.

we loved the super comfortable bed the room was very clean with a fresh and modern touch the staff was friendly and helpful the elevator needs care the buttons don't work properly but other than that all excellent
