ACEA has it all—delicious food, clean rooms, beautiful scenery, and most importantly, incredible staff who made us feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination. Definitely one of the best resorts we've been to!.

Came here with co-workers. The place is great. The rooms and amenities are clean. The food is great. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. The beat place to visit for unwinding and relaxation. Hope the elevator is working. view from room is great.

“Great Location, Decent Food, but No Hot Showers & Mosquito Troubles” Review of Acea Subic Bay Stayed: April 1st to 2nd, 2025 Acea Subic Bay offers a decent selection of dishes at its restaurant, providing enough variety to satisfy different tastes. The location is also quite convenient, just a 2.5-hour drive from Metro Manila, and they have the option of waterfront rooms, which is a nice touch for those who want a scenic stay. However, there were a couple of major downsides. First, the resort claims to provide hot and cold showers, but in reality, the shower only offers cold and room-temperature water. When I raised this concern with the front desk, they promptly sent maintenance to check. The technician insisted the issue was resolved and advised me to turn the shower knob to the left for hot water. Since I’m familiar with using hot and cold showers, I wanted to verify. I asked him to demonstrate, and as he tested the water, I inquired whether he actually felt it was hot. He hesitated and said it was “warm,” but it was clear that it was simply normal room temperature. To prove his point, he toggled between the “cold” and “hot” settings, but the difference was merely between cold and regular temperature—there was no actual warmth. If you’re accustomed to warm or hot showers, don’t expect to have that experience at this resort. Another issue was the mosquitoes. By nighttime, the balcony area became nearly unusable due to the number of mosquitoes. Staying outside for even a short time meant getting bitten repeatedly. It would have been nice if the resort took measures to minimize this, such as mosquito control or repellents. Overall, while the location and restaurant were good, the lack of hot water and mosquito problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.
