My trip was perfect. Yes it was a bit expensive because it was on school holidays. But it was a perfect staycation. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room not only have the pool view but i get to see the twin tower from afar as well. The room was spacious and clean. The buggy was available hourly to go to ioi city mall. The in room dining was delicios. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, mac n cheese and nasi goreng kampung. The price was as expected. But the pepsi can was rm18! Haha a bit shock on that. The breakfast spread was good and delicious too. The pool was huge with 2 slides. Perfect for the kids. Many foc activities too at the pool such as fish feeding and hoverboard lesson. I enjoyed it!

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Great job, Summit USJ Hotel team! 🌟🏨✨

Al principio, cuando se evaluó antes de ver en línea, había algunas preocupaciones sobre si serían minas, y en realidad, sobrestimadas. Nuestro cuarto reservado está justo en el otro piso. Hay dos habitaciones dobles que se conectan. La ventana se abre para ver el panorama de la calle. Es viernes cuando se encuentra en el restaurante de la calle; El hotel puede caminar por el otro lado de la tienda de conveniencia de KK durante 3 minutos, y 5 minutos a MRT, cerca de muchos restaurantes, es muy conveniente

For USD17/ night paid. 1 standard queen bedroom Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move. Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea. Room service has to be requested. Only body syampoo provided in toilet. At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor. Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

New hotel i think. Location is at industrial area, its okay to me. Room also okay, but the toilet bit dirty and smell not good. The sewerage smell from the toilet came out,we have to sleep with the smell😂. Breakfast food so so. Overall okay. If they settle the sewerage problem will be great.
