El hotel estaba limpio y cómodo, el personal fue fantástico durante toda la estancia, no podía hacer más para ayudar. La comida en el restaurante era estupenda tanto la cena como el desayuno. Recomendaría este hotel altamente

Horrible. La primera habitación tenía una fuga de agua desde arriba y la trasladaron a la siguiente habitación que apestaba a humo de cigarrillo y no tenía agua caliente. Cansado y anticuado, EVITAR a toda costa solo estaba reservado para estar cerca de Old Trafford. Me alojé en muchos Premier Inn, este es el peor con diferencia.

Cálido saludo en recepción al momento del check in y out. Cargo razonable por 24 horas de estacionamiento en el lugar. Acceso convenientemente ubicado a las atracciones de Manchester. Me detuve en el mismo hotel anteriormente y lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

La ubicación es buena y las súper habitaciones del Premier Inn siempre son cómodas y están bien equipadas. El personal fue amable y profesional. El desayuno estaba bien, con muy buen servicio. Lo único negativo es que el wifi es sorprendentemente pobre. No pague por Ultimate ya que no funciona y es una pérdida de dinero. El hotel era un poco caro si le sumas el aparcamiento y el desayuno. El ascensor no funcionaba y las zonas comunes ahora parecen un poco cansadas.

personal de recepción encantador, habitaciones limpias. Me alojé en una habitación premier plus y la ducha era estupenda, al igual que el café gratis de una máquina adecuada. Mi primera noche allí, Jim de la recepción fue muy servicial. Mi desayuno al lado fue excelente todos los días, el chef Steve, que parece estar allí todos los días, prepara los mejores huevos escalfados.

Nine times out of ten, you can't go wrong with a premiere inn. This is true of the Premier Inn Manchester Salford Quays Hotel. We booked a Premiere Plus room and wasn't disappointed. The room was very clean and the facilities good too. We were on the top floor and the views across Media City were great. (We could even see Coronation Street!) A few little niggles though, (and I have never had these niggles before at the many Premiere Inns that we have stayed in.) On arrival, we asked if there were an early check in for our room. We were told that they couldn't accommodate us, which was fair enough and the staff member let us store our case, but then said, "OK, I must go, I need my breakfast" which seemed a little curt and off she went. Next morning breakfast was hectic ! We did go down around 8:30 so maybe it was "rush hour". We waited around five minutes to find a seat then tried to get something to eat. There were no cups for the tea and coffee and also no spoons or side plates but they did arrive after a few people asked. The old Premiere toaster lived up to it's reputation and took quite a while to brown the bread. The next problem was the lack of bacon for guests which formed another queue. The single person behind the counter did their best but was overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests. The black pudding was...Awful. The eggs very greasy but the scrambled variety was palatable if not a little watery. There was also a lack of brown sauce and ketchup so we had to take some from another table. To be fair, again, there was a shortage of staff and it rather spoiled things for us but all in all, they were trying their best under difficult circumstances. All in all, not the best Premiere Inn experience we have had but it hasn't put us off using their hotels in the future.

The room was clean, and above all, the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a riverbank across the street, which offers a beautiful view for sitting on the benches and relaxing. It’s also very convenient for getting to Media City or the city centre, thanks to the well-organised transport links. The hotel staff were friendly and offered much help, which made me feel comfortable. Yohan at the reception recommended some local restaurants, which was very helpful. Thank you!

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service I experienced during my stay at the hotel. I especially want to commend Katarína at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my three-day stay. Upon arrival, she assisted me with my luggage, which meant a lot to me as I have issues with my legs and any help is greatly appreciated. Throughout my stay, she consistently made sure I had everything I needed and regularly checked in to see if there was anything more she could do to ensure my comfort. Her professional and caring attitude made my stay much more enjoyable. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team, with special thanks to Katarína!

I had a great stay at Premier Inn Salford Quays, and one of the highlights was the excellent customer service from Nicola and Emanuele, who were working the night shift. They were incredibly attentive, professional. They were always approachable and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location, but Nicola’s and Emanuele friendly attitude and dedication really stood out. Highly recommend!
