Hoteles en Stratford-upon-Avon con Spa

El hotel es un edificio histórico muy bonito. El spa moderno era agradable de usar, pero encontramos la habitación bastante básica y podíamos hacer con una fresca y muy decepcionado que no hay instalaciones de fabricación de bebidas calientes en la habitación. El desayuno estaba incluido en nuestro costo de la habitación y nos decepcionamos mucho de ello - todo estaba nadar en grasa y el pudding negro y el rosti de patata estaban muy sobre cocinados para que no podíamos terminar nuestra comida. El parque de coches es de 7 libras por noche pero no se ha informado de ello antes. Nos quedaríamos probablemente otra vez, pero sería mejor que en una habitación en la parte antigua del edificio y no tendríamos el desayuno cocido.

Este hotel es el hotel más rentable de mi viaje a Inglaterra, ¡muy valioso! La habitación es grande, la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, las instalaciones son completas, el estacionamiento es gratuito y el desayuno es excelente. De hecho, debería ser una transformación de una antigua mansión, el jardín es muy grande, me recuerda a Downton Manor. El hermano pequeño de la recepción es súper gracioso y tiene una expresión rica.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!
