Appartments very reasonably priced. Small apartment with two bedrooms more than adequate for four adults. Very close to the main drag of Stratford upon Avon. Only a few minutes walk. Very clean and modern. Each apartment has it’s own free parking space. Fully self contained with a kitchen, lounge area, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Booked at Stratford Upon Avon . Dirty apartment block with an apartment that has dated and damaged furnishings.Greeted on our arrival by mentally unstable lady ranting barefoot in the rain who we had to keep avoiding for the rest of our stay as she lives in the ground floor flat.

Horrific, I travel for work and don’t expect much. There were dirty covid masks on the floors. Doors were broken. Hair and dirt in the shower. Red wine all over the walls and carpet. I don’t believe they have electrical certs . Heaters were hanging off the walls , bare wires hanging out. On arrival other guests were in our room. Never stay here

Absolutely disgusting place. From the lack of customer service to blood on the walls. Stayed two nights asked to move as the next door neighbour was shouting and screaming making excess notice throughout the night until the early morning. I was told that they had been told to keep the noise down and that I would not be disturbed only to have the exact same thing happen on night two. They take a £150 deposit for damages aswell. The whole process of checking in was a nightmare. Over an hour sitting in the car because they or the system I booked through did not send through my details to the apartment therefore my stay wasn't in fact confirmed. This process of taking deposit and verifying ID over the phone to people who were very unprofessional ( babies crying in the background and laughing because they could not pronounce their words properly) also having to call back three times for them to get my email right as they kept getting it wrong and I had to spell it out and reconfirm multiple times! They tried to get me off of the phone before even explaining what had happened...just fill this form in then you can enter your room... Done.. just fill this in then enter your room. Ok fine. Now we need a deposit... Finally got into my room after being told I had to wait for the deposit to go through and prove evidence that it was in fact me making the deposit which was impossible to show through my mobile app because of security reasons. This was done via email so the process of sitting and waiting was ridiculous. Also the fact that through the customer service team they did not direct my call I had to sit and wait for the team to contact me.. initially via email only. Then for the loud and drunk person next door. I asked if I could move room. They were definetly on something else too Apparently no other rooms were available.. I called to speak to customer service again about this issue...the only advise was that they can go speak to the individual and ask them to keep the noise down. I said I don't feel safe at all. Is there something else that can be done.. only to speak with them. This didn't work and I don't think this issue was addressed... I said I was on my own and I was feeling uncomfortable about the whole situation. I did not get an ounce of sleep there at all. I sent through a complain email about all of this only to be told they were sorry and would look into bringing me my tea, coffee, toiletries and toilet roll ( of which I was given half a roll for a two night stay!!) And none of this was provided initially ( a standard practice) I was assured that a colleague would be around to provide me with these amenities. Never received a single thing! Completely unprofessional and unreasonable way of dealing with complains or sorting any of the issues out. Only there for your money not your well-being or safety. Should not be allowed to offer such false advertisement. Also advertises there is a lift. All of which is sealed off so that is another
