Please note: The fireplace is not operational. The Toll House lift operation is weather dependent. Only two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions will be towed at the guest's expense. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association. Guest pets are not permitted at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets.
