This beautiful Townhouse is located in the heart of Stowe and the Stowe Recreation Path is just steps away from the front door. The Townhouse NOW HAS AIR CONDITIONING, which will make summer stays that much more comfortable. For skiers and snowboarders, there is a Mountain Road shuttle stop only 0.2 miles away and The Stowe Mountain Ski area is a short 6.5 mile drive! The first floor features a full kitchen with all the necessary amenities. There is a sunken living room with a gas fire place and a large screen TV. There is a private back deck that overlooks the shared swimming pool. Also on the first floor there is a half bath with a full washer and dryer, as well as a bedroom with 4 twin beds. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king bed with en suite bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom and another with two twin beds that share a full bathroom.
