Absolutely amazing staff, very welcoming atmosphere and food next door was amazing will definitely be coming back the scenery nearby is beautiful and there is a shopping centre nearby if you needed to grab some necessary items you might need!

Steve at Preston farm premier inn the chef made the best pizza iv had and the staff was great very friendly I would recommend I'm definitely coming back with the family and friends super food just what you need after work and the beer is great too

Very good overall from checking in to checking out. Good restaurant/bar on site. Room was very big and perfectly clean and comfortable. Great shower and comfortable bed. Location right next to the Teesside Barrage and the walk along the side if the river in the lovely aftetnoon sunshine was great.

Went here friday-sunday 4-6 october. Warm welcome from man on reception at 430pm. Explained everything excellently and sorted us out a meal deal. Room spotless. All in good order. Beefeater was amazing. Excellent service from lady and gent who were on 530-7pm on the friday and 715pm-915pm. The lady on both nights was working very hard as the restaurant was very busy on the Saturday, however she was superb. All staff were very friendly at breakfasts as well on the saturday and sunday. The staff in both establishments are an absolute credit to their companies. The area was quiet and safe and loads of parking for free in the car park. £104 for 2 nights was a bargain and the meal deal of £27.99 for breakfast and tea was a great deal. I loved this place and will be staying again when visiting the area. Thank you to all the staff. Lovely people.

I had heard of the Archimedes Screw while in school and so to unexpectedly find myself at Archimedes Park was a 'wow' experience. This made my business trip so much more entertaining and enjoyable.

Premier Inn beds are generally comfortable. but on this occasion I was placed in room Nº1, right next to the foyer door and lifts. By the time I settled down to sleep only to be woken up several times during the night there was no point packing all away to move or even bother asking to be moved to a quieter room. I imagine that room Nº1 was the very last one available, I cant imagine a company training their staff to place a paying customer in the worst room when there are better quieter ones available.

Stayed in this hotel many times in the past and knew what to expect in the way of facilities and rooms. Rooms are your standard, basic Premier Inn rooms. No air conditioning and limited window opening for ventilation. Fans are provided in the rooms though. Rooms are on two floors with no lifts. Some rooms are quite a walk from reception. Rooms have basic tea/coffee facilities, bath with shower, largish TV with basic Freeview channels. Beds are large and comfy. Additional, softer pillows are provided as well. As I said, I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past on business and found the price to be ok, although varying from day to day. I was really shocked that for this trip the price for one night with breakfast was £188.99 (booked the week before). I have no idea how Premier Inn can justify charging that for a basic room. In future will be looking for alternative hotels in the area.

Turned up at 1 pm was told check in was at 3pm but I could pay £10 cash to check in early so I asked if it could be added to bill and was told no cash only ….. bit dubious so I went to town centre and got some lunch.. came back and noticed same staff member checking watch whilst putting rubbish out … checked in with lovely lady who had tooth ache but still got me in at 2.50 .. room was ok but dirty pillow I couldn’t sleep on Went for food in restaurant which was poor Breakfast was ok but not great 3 star is pushing it ..

1 night break in Stockton. Fairly easy to get around. Good quality Premier Inn. Good customer service. Friendly and helpful staff
