Food and service were both great. Gemma was amazing and Ant cooked a great steak! Room very spacious and clean. The only disappointment was the bar was closed.

Stayed here last night,the guy behind reception was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff,nothing was too much for any of them. The room was spotless,the bed comfy. Food was lovely and a good deal on a food package. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one and if we had to come back to the area we would pay a second visit to you with no hesitation

I have stayed at this hotel freequently for the last 10 years. My main reason for returning when visiting family is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and professional. They have been able to help me during difficult times, supported me as a lone traveller, and over time have got to know my family. I feel safe when staying here. I will of course be returning soon but would like to thank Deby and Mark for their friendliness and help, Mark the chef for his cheerfulness and chat to customers for feedback and the house keeping lady who always asks to help with luggage( I apologise I can not remember your name).

Had an amazing stay at Premier Inn Stockport south with my 2 nieces to go to PLouise. every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. we only ate breakfast but it was lovely great choice and Arfa that was on service couldn't do enough for everyone. making sure happy with food, refilling milk and juices even though was busy she chatted to myself and girls and made us feel so welcome. would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking to travel. Room was huge with a bed each. Thank you for the amazing service

The receptionist was so kind and went above and beyond to help ensure our stay was a good one. We got in quite late and couldn’t be seated in the restaurant because we hadn’t pre booked. We headed back to the room and a few minutes later the receptionist knocked on our door with a plate of chips without charge. Much appreciated kindness!

This was our second time visiting this hotel. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Mark on reception was wonderful helping us change rooms from upstairs to ground floor to assist my elderly aunt with limited mobility. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all. We will definitely come back again.
