I’m not normally one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but for someone who spends nearly half a year a hotels, this was a disappointment all around. The room was ok, which I guess is the ultimate thing but the rest not so great. The breakfast was disappointing between the speed in which it was refreshed or even put out first thing in the morning. The early morning crew was too busy taking smoke breaks to get the job done on time. The “gym” smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. My dirty towel in the hamper is still there from two days ago. The towels have not been stocked I’m the gym since I’ve had to go ask front desk both times for a towel I’m the gym. Out of 9 pairs of weights, there are only 5 pairs, the other weights are just gone. This is very disappointing for a Marriot place. I’m a gold elite member and am disappointed. From looking at other reviews on here, it looks like this quality is par for the course at this location. Management responds to these reviews with their deepest apologies, but obviously has not done anything to fix these issues.
