The woman at the front desk was rude, unfriendly, very unhelpful, and didn't care. We were only allowed 1 room key and when we asked if we could get another key made after midnight when one of our party made it in, she said she doubted it because they didn't have enough keys. When we asked again later, she said the same thing but also said that she wouldn't be there, so she didn't care. There was 3 in our room and 2 sets of towels. When we asked for an extra set of towels, she said they were out and that maybe if the next front desk shift felt like doing laundry, then maybe we could get one. Hotel was clean and nice, just not the front desk staff person we had to deal with.

Worst hotel room! Dirty and the smell was awful!!!! Stayed there last year and had a good experience….our rom this year was by far the worst room I’ve stayed in .. The pool was closed down. The staff at check were very nice , the breakfast was ok .. The phone in the room still had the old hotel name on it !

Hotel smells. The room was disgusting. The carpet was filthy with stains. Didn’t want to walk on it with bare feet. There were crumbs on the floor. The microwave needs to be updated. Only 1 coffee in the room. There were 3 of us…could be a nice place is they cleaned it up. On check out day the elevator stopped working

Avoid this location. The carpets are worn and don’t seem to have been cleaned recently in the rooms and hallway. We made reservations for 2-days on graduation weekend about a year in advance, and then made another reservation for an additional day later. Prior to travel, I talked to the hotel manager who stated I could stay in the same room for all 3 nights if I asked the clerk to stay on the morning of the end of the first reservation. However, that morning the clerk at the desk couldn’t figure out how to keep us in the same room for both reservations. We had to check out at the end of 1 reservation, and checked in again later to a different that afternoon. The gym and pool were closed during our stay. It appears that the gym has been closed for months. This closure is noted on the hotel website. The second room we were given had a broken lock that was not secure at the door frame that would allow anyone to jimmy open the door. The clerk at the desk moved us to a third room. This room had a working lock. Other features included in the next room were a connecting door to another room that allowed sound from the neighbors (talking into the night, snoring, etc) to easily be heard. The refrigerator was not turned off. The area around the refrigerator behind the door was damaged. The A/C unit trim had damage around both ends that could have been earlier water leaks. This was not repaired. On the good side, the breakfast was available each morning. It was reasonable in the selection of food. In the middle of the night when thirsty and asked where a working water fountain was, the front desk clerk provided bottles of water.

The pillows are the softest and the hotel room was clean. The girl at the front desk Lizzy was extremly nice and professional. I would come back and even tell friends about the service. I was blessed and I slept in peace, because I felt safe.

Disgusting hotel. Very rundown & gross. The bathroom was full of mold. The walls in the room were stained. Was so glad I brought my own pillow. Very sketchy part of town. The staff was friendly but that’s the only positive I have. Couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
