I brought my mom here for 5 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. 1) we lived on the 3rd floor facing the Kazbegi mountains and the view was stunning. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening chatting and sipping wine or having coffee in the morning 2) The location is great, lots of trails for hiking. To do most of them you will need to go down the hill (about 600m) and then up the hill on the way back. Going up the hill might be a bit challenging for some people but you can always get a cab if needed! 3) Food in the restaurant is delicious. I’ve noticed that guests (including myself) would stay inside or take their food outside on the terrace and spend hours having breakfast in the morning, it’s that relaxing. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant a few times and it was great. And it wasn’t more expensive than the food in most local restaurants down at the hill. 4) I recommend going to the pool especially if you find time when there are not too many people (I went in the morning and evening sometimes and most of the time few people there) 5) Very helpful and friendly staff. Always smiling, always polite, being very professional and calm.

Withing walking distance from the center. Good and clean hotel with private parking space. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with a balcony and a view over the Trinity church. Beds were very comfy! The location is perfect to stay in the area for a few days. Would come back again.

If you are looking to be with nature very close the most beautiful mountains then Kazbegi Cottages privude you just that. It has 6 to 7 comfortable cabins, with decent rooms and bathrooms. A very nice lawn outside. Surrounded by mountains, it has a majestic all through the day. A 15 MIN DRIVE BEHIND THE COTTAGES & ONE LANDS RIGHT IN THE HEELS OF THE MOUNTAINS. Beautiful yellow flowers, green grass, cows, wild horses and right at the rear the grey, brown mountains form the magical memory of a lifetime.

這是我入住過的最棒的小屋. 小院裏面有兩個小屋， 車停在院子外面，可以點篝火. 雖然我們只有三個人，但是這個屋子可以住下六七個人. 房間周圍就是雪山，風景和星空都很美. 我們不知道怎麼 check in, 於是聯繫攜程幫我們找到房主. 接待我們的是個帥氣的中年大哥，他不講英語，但我們還是順利入住了. 我們離開的時候不知道怎麼 check-out, 衹好留下鑰匙就離開了. 這是一次非常棒的人生體驗. 很高興和我兒子還有我弟弟一起在這裏度過了寶貴時光.

La ubicación de la cabaña está situada en el hotel Room, la higiene es limpia y limpia, las instalaciones son muy nuevas, se puede cocinar, llamen al hotel antes de la estancia, le dirá que se le ha cogido la contraseña. Muy buena habitación! El jefe es muy entusiasta y muy agradable! También propone la iniciativa de enviarme a la iglesia en la montaña. Las instalaciones están equipadas y el precio es muy alto.

This stay was absolutely incredible. 1. Staff : Amazing staff. So good that I remember their names as well. Meriami was amazing. She did a 24 hours shift in front of us and never hesitated to climb up or down a few flight of stairs for smallest of issues. She even helped cooking baby food for us. She was incredible. Avto (I hope I have spelt it correctly) was amazing. He is the bar manager but he was managing the kitchen as well absolutely flawlessly. Georgi (I hope I got the name right) helped us with the bags a few times and was very helpful and always smiling. Warmest staff on our entire holiday. 2. Food : Superb food. Mushroom soup was soul warming. Roasted potatoes were crispy and the dip was outstanding. Chicken wings could have been more moist. Pizza was decent. 3. Location : Views from the rooms are to die for. We got a mountain view room that gave us an amazing view of the Kazbek range and Gergeti church. The location is not too remote. A few restaurants and stores are within walking distance. 4. Rooms : Clean rooms, well maintained temperature, spotless linen. They gave us a complimentary baby cot and it was the cleanest and cutest baby got I've ever seen at a hotel. All in all, its a no brainer to book them. You guys are the best. Wish you the best like you deserve.

We were a family of 3 who arrived from Tblisi early April week. The roads had traffic and many trailers, but the mountains were covered in snow. City-bred as we are and being residents of the UAE, the natural beauty was so breathtaking that we didn’t quite notice the long and bumpy 4-hour ride. Hotel owner Ann had sent a car and one of the most experienced drivers in the region. Shmagi didn’t understand English much but knew the crests and the curves of the mountainous terrain. Step Inn was quite a surprise - fresh, clean and cute. Our room was a duplex on the second floor with a magnificent view of the mountains. It was especially gorgeous the morning it snowed. Wish the lower floor of the room had more space, at least enough to sit and enjoy a drink while admiring the view. The upper floor had more space but little view. The room came with a balcony but it was too cold to sit outside. And small to accommodate 3. What also needs drastic improvement is their food menu, especially if they hope to welcome guests from different parts of the world. Breakfast is basic and one is unsure about the freshness of the cold cuts, condiments and bread. There was no toaster for the bread. I spotted one the day I was checking out. I was told I had to ask for a toaster at the breakfast table! Language is a handicap too. Only the owner speaks English but she isn’t always there. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the restaurant waitress could have done better. What use is hot, freshly baked bread if you are told you can’t have butter with it, except at breakfast? And then they bring the butter as a favor? The hotel is not positioned as a bed and breakfast for backpackers. Perhaps it should take steps to be more family-friendly in attitude and services. Having said that, their hot spa indoor pool with a view of the mountains is a welcome addition to the cuteness of the property and their bed n linen are top grade. A special mention for restaurant executive Alex who went out of his way to bring the best he could to our table. Made all the difference to our stay! The hotel is only 8 months old. I am certain they have plans to make it one of the best in the region in months to come. Would love to revisit when they do.

UUsuario invitadoSomeone has clearly spent a lot of time, energy and money creating a small hotel with a really nice interior design. Having done the hard work, the overall experience was let down by the simpler things. The manager (owner?) seemed completely disinterested, never a smile. It was like we were an inconvenience that he was barely tolerating. The food was fine but it was really expensive by Georgian standards. Another night we ate round the corner at Rooms Hotel. Now that is a stunning property and its perfectly fair that it is rather more expensive to stay there. But we ate there as non-guests and the food was markedly better and cheaper than Alpine Lounge. Even a coffee was cheaper there than at AL. I would suggest that if you don't want to walk into town you simply eat at Rooms each night and don't bother with AL. The breakfast at AL was good the first day, then the 2nd day maybe they had fewer guests so the buffet was gone and instead we had a smaller selection on our table. Was it our fault that they didn't have more guests?! Maybe too many people had read reviews like this and gone elsewhere?

Muchas personas hablan de habitaciones y de casas de madera. Fui a verlas, sentí que las condiciones de las casas de madera eran peores y no recomendaba ir a la gente que necesitaba vivir y comer.
El presupuesto de las habitaciones y las habitaciones de baño son un problema importante, un precio muy alto.
Hablamos de un lugar malo: estamos conduciendo, así que es conveniente ir dondequiera que sea. Se espera que el supermercado cercano al hotel pueda llegar a 20 minutos, y pocos lugares para comer cercano, también en un lugar más concentrado en el supermercado.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location with stunning mountain views. There is a large terrace with seating where you can have a drink and take in the views. Plenty of seating and even games and table tennis to keep you amused. The food was of a good standard. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was good - storage space was lacking - some shelves for example. This was our favourite hotel in Georgia.
