Trailhead Lodge 2118 Welcome to Trailhead Lodge 2118, a luxurious, upgraded three-bedroom, three-bath condo. Guests will be seeing red with the inviting warm touches of red throughout the living room. This retreat features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oversized granite kitchen island and the chef in the group will appreciate the upgraded stainless steel appliances. Six red leather bar stools offer additional comfort and seating. The dining room can seat six lucky guests. The living area features newly updated, oversize couches for your convenience. The living room also offers comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. There is a new 55' smart TV above the fireplace. Here you'll find four TVs total, free WiFi, games, and books for your entertainment. There is also a washer and dryer (detergent provided). The main bedroom features a king bed and en suite, a well-appointed bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and a private balcony. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an additional large en suite bathroom. There is a full bed in the third bedroom and another full, well-appointed en suite bathroom that may also be accessed from the living room. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
