Hit the slopes at Steamboat Ski Resort with easy access to Steamboat’s hop-on hop-off shuttle will take you right to the slopes. No need to organize transportation anywhere in town with easy walking access to Howelsen Hill, Bars, Restaurants and more. You are right in the heart of all the action. Also take a soak at Old Town Hot Springs after a long day of Skiing.
This condo has recently been updated so new countertops, hardwood floors, furniture and more.
LIVING AREAS
Enjoy a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat. We have also recently installed a new 47” flat-screen TV. There is a convenient storage nook ideal for stowing sports gear.
KITCHEN & DINING
This is a fully stocked kitchen, outfitted with newly installed granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and quality appliances.
When’s it’s time to eat, dine at the table for four or sit at the breakfast bar for three.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This ground-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The bathroom (shared with the second bedroom) has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-size trundle, and a 32” flat-screen TV.

Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot.
This condo offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.
Although this condo does not have air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at elevation 6,700’.

We are in the heart of downtown at 7th and Yampa Street. The condo is 3 miles to Steamboat Ski Resort and we are 1 block from the hop on hop off ski shuttle that runs every 20 minutes.

Wonderful place
Great place to stay if you wanting to check out all steamboat has to offer. The host was accommodating and super helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect location
My family stayed at the property for our ski trip to Steamboat. We have never stayed downtown before. It was great being able to walk to all the downtown restaurants. We loved having the private off street parking. The condo fit all of our needs. We had everything we needed during our stay. The bus to the slopes is just a couple blocks away and was about a 10 minute ride to the slopes and back. The only issue is the noise from the bar across the street. It can be loud at night but was never an issue with us. Light sleepers may have trouble with the noise. We loved this property.

Disappointed
Property location is in great place once bus transportation system figured out.However, the owners were not very prompt with responses to issues. Had difficulty getting into the property and issues with the TV were not responded to until the next day.The main bedroom advertised as having a TV had the majority of the stations in Spanish. There was no solution by the owners how to rectify this problem. Therefore, the TV was barely usable in the bedroom. Additionally, amenities such as vacuum in very poor condition. Like the location but will not be staying here in the future especially considering the premium price charged.

Convenience
This unit is very comfortable and extremely convenient. You could not be more centrally located here. The condo is in the center of restaurants and bars. The farmers market is right outside the door on Saturdays.

Great location but can be loud.
Loved the bus route on the express to and from the resort within a few walking minutes to the bus pickup.
Corner location for great views of Howelsen Ski Hill and 8th street. Love not having to drive anywhere and parking spot was right outside the walkway in viewing distance. We stayed during the week and the noise was very loud a couple of nights from across the street from the irish bar O'neills. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best choice, especially if considering a weekend.
Kitchen supplies were adequate. Tiny crockpot.

Location has it's +/-'s
First, the downtown location cannot be beat. The ski bus stop is a minute walk, and the entire town is walkable. If you don't want to walk the 10 mins to the market or old town hot springs, just hop on the bus. The SST Express bus gets you to the resort in 7 mins. It's the most convenient ski town there is if you don't have a car.
The location of the unit, however, means is it right across the street from like 5 (big) bars and restaurants. So it can be (was) loud for us. Like until 2am Friday night. Also the trash removal service seems to come VERY early in the morning (most days it seems). We were fine with it but if you're looking for a quiet place at night, this unit is not it. It's also on the ground floor: which is a plus for walking with ski boots on, but a minus when it comes to noise.
Beds were comfortable, place was clean. NOTE: there is no fireplace, which is incorrect in the listing. Kitchen was minimally stocked (such as no foil, saran wrap, and almost no plastic containers etc). There was a Keurig. Plenty of towels/toilet paper which was nice.
If you are a light sleeper, the unit is fine, just bring ear plugs, as both bedrooms face the bars.
Overall excellent stay.
