We were offered a room upstairs and was not told you didn't have elevators when I booked. My 85 year old mom has a walker and wheelchair she could not get up those stairs after we drove 40 minout of our way to get there. I have NEVER heard of a hotel not having an elevator. You all would not give us a lower room. The hotel receptionist told us we could get our money back if we notified you that night and I did. Apparently I'm being told I am not getting my money back. We had to go across the street to the Ramada Inn and rented a downstairs room. They were instantly very accommodating. They also were truthful and not liars like your receptionist.
This was a horrible unforgivable evening.
Ramada Inn will have my business from now on.
