Our cottage is a great place for a company to relax on weekends, holidays, New Year, and also just a great opportunity to relax comfortably at any time of the year! A cozy cottage with 5 bedrooms is located on the 1st line of the Polist River and is designed for a company of up to 12 people. Each room has a double bed, there is also the possibility of an additional place for 2 people (fold-out sofa). A spacious kitchen-dining room, fully equipped with everything you need. The house is two-storey, bathrooms on each floor. The house also has air conditioners, Internet, a water filtration system (tap water is drinking!). Near the cottage there is a barbecue complex, a tent with garden furniture, a cocoon chair. Parking spaces allow you to place up to 6 cars. Within walking distance is the Tsaritsyn spring (400 m), 1.5-2 km away are the Dostoevsky embankment and the sights of Staraya Russa: the house-museum of F. M. Dostoevsky, Cathedral Square, the Bereginya Center for Folk Art and Crafts, as well as many other interesting places in the city of Staraya Russa.
