This was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.” Let me start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey. We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger. The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay. I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed. To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem. We then left for our day of sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel. As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right. Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night. For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient. As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance. Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and in a fantastic location with stunning views of the Han River. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, and the facilities, especially the rooftop pool and bar, were excellent. Overall, it was an outstanding experience with exceptional service and great value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and I will definitely stay here again!

El hotel tiene unas vistas maravillosas, con colores vivos, y está céntricamente ubicado, cerca de todos los restaurantes que queríamos visitar y de la playa. El servicio fue bastante deficiente: no nos cambiaron el jabón dos días seguidos, el lavamanos estuvo vacío durante dos días y no nos cambiaron el papel higiénico en los dos últimos días de nuestra estancia de 4 noches y 5 días. El hotel está un poco deteriorado y necesita una reforma. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, así que nuestro baño se inundaba a diario, y con las zapatillas puestas, la habitación estaba mojada en algunas partes la mayor parte del tiempo. La decoración del comedor de desayunos era muy bonita, pero como somos vegetarianos/veganos no nos gusta mucho la comida local, y el personal no comprendió nuestras preguntas. En general, estuvo bien para un desayuno continental. El personal fue amable y bien intencionado.

El personal de recepción es sincero y muy entusiasta. Es posible que el nuevo hotel haya abierto hace un mes, por lo que el restaurante y algunas instalaciones aún están en construcción. Solo el pequeño restaurante de la azotea está abierto. Esta vez me quedé en una habitación con vistas al mar. Salí de la terraza por la mañana y por la noche y vi el mar, lo que me hizo sentir relajado y feliz. La ubicación de este hotel es bastante buena, justo al otro lado de la calle está la larga playa My Khe. Ya durante toda la mañana estuvo lleno de bañistas y de recién casados ​​tomando fotografías de boda. De repente se volvió esclarecedor y todos encontraron un lugar adecuado. Por la noche, el escenario es diferente. Aquí hay muchos hoteles, que llaman mucho la atención bajo los tubos de luz de neón. La habitación es fantástica, pero me pareció que el hotel podría mejorar su sistema de descarga, ya que el agua tarda en llenar la taza antes de poder volver a descargar. Hay bastante suciedad en una esquina de la habitación, pero en general todo es maravilloso. En cuanto a las instalaciones, me encantan todas, especialmente la piscina cubierta y el gimnasio.

Es realmente lo mejor. ¡Me alojé los días 3 a 5 (3 noches) de 7 noches! 0,5 noches Wink, 1 noche, Ba Na Hills Mercure y Hoiana 3 días, Shilla 2 días. Entre ellos, Hoiana fue la mejor. Tenía muchas ganas de ir a Silla, pero tan pronto como llegue a Silla, quiero volver a Hoiana otra vez :( Hoiana es amigable, desde el timbre de la entrada. El salón es lujoso. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Las cabañas y sillas en la piscina son gratuitas. Paisajismo, playa, no falta de nada. Se tarda entre 15 y 20 minutos en llegar al casco antiguo de Hoi An. Todo es perfecto para cubrir eso. Quedé muy satisfecho con mi viaje a Da Nang. Quiero ir otra vez♡

In general, the location is convenient and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of variety which caters guests from around the world. Swimming pool is a bit small in size. Suggest to offer complimentary welcome drinks instead of detox drinks that only available in a specific time in a day and need to be ordered in advance. I understand the concept behind but such arrangement is not flexible for tourists who go out for a whole day and not coming back to hotel till late at night. It may work in a resort but not a hotel in city Centre.

Most of us the travellers would love to share good things about the hotel experiences instead of negative comments. Location:Walking to Da Nang museum but not much to see on the left side walking out the hotel Services: : stayed 3 nights at the premium room on the executive floor from 30/3-2/4. We received warm welcome from the doorman, front desk staff and to the executive lounge for checking in. Our room is clean, spacious, and the river view from my balcony is awesome. Everything looks good and its worth to pay extra for the services. I immediately would have given a 5 star to share my review in the different travel websites. The whole experience was almost damaged from the incidents: 1)The room included turndown service. However, on the 2nd night after returning from a hot day, the room was not tidy up. I dialled “0” front desk at 10:40 pm and asked for clean towels. I was told that the housekeeper will deliver it soon. Wait and wait, call and call until it passed 20 minutes, I was assured again the housekeeper was on the way. My patience ran out! I came down to the front desk at 11pm to express my issue in person and was still be told that they had informed the housekeeping and was on the way. This is totally untrue and unacceptable! The housekeeping room is located at basement. Aren’t they not allowed to take elevator? The duty manager (Mr Tino Le) immediately contacted the housekeeper in front of me again stating someone (housekeeper named Phuong?) was still on the way and would be in my room within 15 minutes. Eventually my partner told me the housekeeper (wow… 4 people) arrived to the room to tidy up. The whole incident from calling to clean up took nearly 45 minutes. What I need was just some dry towels (the used one was on the floor. I was not asking for any turndown service). How frustrating! This is definitely a big problem between the departments. Mr Le showed his sincere apology for this situation and agreed to reflect to his superior. The next day I received a note and a gesture from the front desk manager - Mr Tin Nguyen. I know my case had been taken note. I Checked out on the 2nd where I met Mr Nguyen who apologies again regarding the problem. He understood my frustration and responsible . Truly a positive attitude being the Manager. Operation Team should rectified the issues right away 2) Requested some decaf to my room at the executive lounge but never comes. Anyway… Despite the unhappy experience , I do appreciate Mr Tino Le for his patience, and the concierge staff - Kevin who arranging the car for us to Hoi An attentively to ensure our trip safely. The breakfast is variety and the restaurant staff did a good job! Hope a better experience in my next visit

This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

El hotel tiene un gran potencial! ¡Muy buenas instalaciones y habitaciones son muy nuevas, sin embargo, parecen estar bajos de los equipajes a la entrada de sólo 2 personas en el escritorio frontal. También es estricto con el tiempo de entrada y salida que puede mejorar un poco ya que se comercializan como uno en el lado “luxurioso” de Da Nang. El aire contenido no parece funcionar en el lobby y el ascensor. Podemos sentir la vibración de la residencia como una vibración de hotel de lujo. Pero en general vale la pena, ya que es super barato en comparación con los hoteles de lujo vecinos.
