He tenido el placer de alojarme en varios hoteles de alta categoría, incluido el Hakone Gora Byakudan. Sin duda, el Byakudan supera a sus competidores en todos los aspectos. El servicio, las instalaciones y la atención genuina a los huéspedes son excepcionales. Solo me hubiera gustado poder prolongar mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y la cama me proporcionó un sueño verdaderamente reparador. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudar con cualquier necesidad. La ubicación del hotel es conveniente y ofrece un fácil acceso a las atracciones locales. Además, el servicio de coche gratuito a destinos cercanos, como museos de arte y la estación de cable, fue un detalle muy considerado. La cena y el desayuno japoneses fueron más que deliciosos, con una gran variedad de opciones. Los aperitivos y el bar de vinos fueron igualmente impresionantes. Disfruté especialmente de la silla de masajes y la deliciosa selección de helados. Recomiendo de todo corazón el Hakone Gora Byakudan a cualquiera que visite la zona.

翠松園，過去曾是財閥三井家所建造的別莊。 進屋就聞到非常舒服的檜木味。 我以為是因為房間裏的木料散發出來的味道，雖然的確也使用了檜木料，但是後來在入門玄關處也有小小的十分隱蔽的香薰器。 門口的管家箱，向半島和文華東方這些西式酒店看齊，吃完的餐具，用完的毛巾，都可以放在這裏，然後用按鈕呼喚工作人員，對方會把需要替換的東西放進來，減少了外出的必要性，以及與工作人員包括其他客人碰面的機會。 女性入住時會追加sisley的備品，這裏也是日本最早引入sisley spa的旅館之一。除了吹風機也有女生用的捲髮棒，非常貼心。 庭園中心的餐廳棟“紅葉“，秋天這裡會被紅葉所包圍，現在已經都有幾棵紅楓了。庭院裏還開了可可愛愛的鈴蘭。 菊乃井的村田吉弘在書中寫到，和服是料亭的一部分，因為這種服裝是為榻榻米服務而生的，而西式服裝，自然是以西式房間所出發做的考慮。翠松園的員工均着西式服裝，這與酒店和洋融合的氛圍相符，但這裏卻是典型的日本之宿： 服務生絕不會和客人同乘一部電梯；入住一直都是跪式服務；男生的手指甲修的乾乾淨淨；行李箱一定是拎起來不會在地上拖，即使拿箱子的是個女孩子；在院子裏散步， 有位工作人員正好陪同一家帶孩子的日本家庭在院子裏看花花草草， 他原本蹲在客人的幼子旁邊，看到我走過來， 特意站起身，鞠躬致意後， 待我走過去， 再接待他的客人；日本大叔在送客的時候還用中文説“一路平安”。 箱根的高級旅館之前一直是以日本富裕客層為目標，但是翠松園的年輕日本員工英文也十分流利，還有兩位台灣男生，能講中英文的工作人員存在，外國人的溝通問題便會迎刃而解。酒吧工作的小哥哥略感抱歉地説，不好意思，我的英文衹會一點點。 我説沒關係，我的日語也衹會一點點。 大家都笑了。 服務我們早餐的時候，即使台灣男生可以説中文，但也可以感到非常的剋制， 有禮貌但不與客人過度寒暄。 總體來説，日本旅館的晚餐是很難讓美食家滿意的，對大部分客人來説，提供恰到好處的料理，紮實地做好當季食材便夠了。而不習慣這裏的人，大概會因為料理過於樸素而失望，畢竟旅館的價位，夠在東京或者大阪吃上好幾頓高級料理了。 而翠松園的料理，非常難得地從頭至尾沒有一道菜是不美味的，從食材搭配到調味均非常紮實，令人難忘。 非常驚訝的是， 服務生説酒單上的酒，in room 均為在餐廳價格的半價。酒單上兩列，一列是restaurant 的價格，一列是in room 的價格。 酒單不算多但是相當的經典， 香檳囊括了EO UC 這樣的小農也有DP SALON KRUG， 也有拉芳的默爾索 大莊的PM。 非常想下次再來！

Our stay at this luxury ryokan was simply magnificent in every aspect: the service, atmosphere, grounds, cleanliness, and the genuine care and attention to detail were all exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost reverence and attentiveness, making us feel like honored guests and part of the ryokan family. As Russian guests, we were particularly impressed by the thoughtful arrangements made for our comfort. A Russian-speaking concierge was provided for check-in and orientation, and our waitress had made special preparations to explain the nuances and flavors of each dish in Kaiseki cuisine to us in Russian – a truly considerate touch that greatly enhanced our dining experience. The ryokan's dedication to guest satisfaction extended beyond the expected. When we mentioned visiting a nearby museum (a mere 2-minute drive away), the hotel immediately offered us a complimentary transfer in a Mercedes S-Class. This gesture, like everything else, felt genuinely heartfelt and was provided entirely free of charge. The onsen (hot spring baths) were superb, and our room, along with the overall tranquil and authentic atmosphere, was perfect. This experience has left a profound and lasting impression; you will forever hold a special place in my wife's and my hearts. We would like to extend special and heartfelt thanks to AJARA and ROSA for their outstanding service and remarkable sensitivity to our cultural background and Russian language needs. Your efforts made our stay truly unique and deeply appreciated.

As a Korean family living in the United States, we stayed here as a family of four with our two young children (40 months and 21 months old), and overall, we had a truly memorable experience. We booked through Trip.com, and because there were no clearly stated child occupancy policies during booking, we reserved the room as 3 adults. This later created some confusion during check-in, which I will mention below, but aside from that, nearly everything about this hotel was exceptional. First, the positives: The breakfast was outstanding—worthy of its Michelin Guide 2025 recognition. Every meal was beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and delicious. We chose a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami flooring, and for our family with young children, it was perfect. Being able to remove our shoes and comfortably live on the floor felt especially natural and relaxing as Asians, and parents with little children will understand how convenient and comfortable this setup is. The location is also excellent—within walking distance from Gora Station, where the mountain railway arrives. Even with two small children, the walk was very manageable. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the guest lounge available from morning until 10 PM was another highlight that made the stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The dining area itself deserves special praise. Enjoying breakfast and dinner while overlooking the beautiful inner garden pond was peaceful and elegant, and the restaurant service team was abundant, attentive, warm, and professional. It truly felt like top-class hospitality. Now, one disappointment: During check-in, one female staff member wearing a headscarf made several comments that felt unnecessarily cold and transactional. Because we booked as 3 adults, she repeatedly explained that our children could be accommodated because of that booking choice—as if we were receiving an exception—despite there being no clearly stated child policy during reservation. She also explained that only 3 adult yukata/lounge outfits had been prepared in the room because we booked for 3 adults, and said we could request children's clothing “if needed.” When I asked when we should request them, she simply repeated that we could ask when necessary. At that point, a more thoughtful hospitality approach would have been something simple like: “I see you have two young children—would you like us to prepare children’s outfits now?” That small difference would have reflected genuine care. At check-out, I again observed behavior that felt uncomfortable. A trainee staff member was assisting us, and when the trainee forgot to request identification, the same staff member visibly frowned and corrected the trainee in front of us. It felt unnecessarily tense and unprofessional in front of guests. What stood out was that every other staff member we encountered was warm, polite, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. They bowed, greeted us kindly, and made us feel respected. Only this one staff member felt noticeably different—cold enough that we were left wondering whether it was discomfort toward children, cultural bias, or simply a personal attitude issue. I travel frequently internationally for business in a senior executive role, and this was the first time I experienced service that felt this distinctly uncomfortable from a luxury hospitality employee. That said, I want to emphasize: everyone else at the hotel was wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful, peaceful, elegant, and family-friendly. We would gladly return—but I hope the warmth shown by the rest of the team becomes the standard reflected consistently by every member of staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yokikan. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we checked in until after we checked out. What impressed us most was the genuine care shown by the staff. The owner kindly drove us to Ito Station free of charge after our stay, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. We would also like to specially thank Ms. Sen. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Her explanations and travel advice were so clear and helpful that we decided to forgo our original plan of hiring a taxi charter and instead use public transportation, which worked perfectly and saved us a significant amount of money. Yokikan offers not only a unique and charming ryokan experience, but also warm and heartfelt hospitality that makes guests feel truly welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Ito.

The place looks like the pictures. It’s about 20 mins away by bus from the hakoneyumoto station. We used the baggage delivery service at the train station (1000 yen per piece for regular size baggage) and when we checked in, our bags were in the room already. The staff is very nice and helpful. We’re thankful for the shuttle to the nearby bus station. The food is great. The onsen is very relaxing. We had a great time at this place. Definitely will stay again when I visit Hakone.

住了gen fufu 這家酒店是箱根最後一間 還好是最後一間 因為這裏距離箱根景點實在是有點遠 雖然衹有10公里 但是箱根交通不方便 酒店位置在半山腰上 床有點太軟了 衞生間比較悶 因為沒有通風 泡池的温度又高 整個衞生間牆上都是水珠 整體來説如果這家酒店位置如果市中心的話 還可以考慮 早餐是西式 但是味道很一般 晚餐雖然是一星米其林但還是有一點點失望的 旁邊唯一的經典就是蘆葦盪和箱根本湯小鎮 第一次來箱根的朋友還是住強羅附近吧

Stayed here as family with 2 children. 1 room in mountain view. Con: No gym, no convenience store, no business center, about 15 mins walk to Gora station (hilly), no vending machine, no kids playground, Pro: Clean, there is shuttle bus available up to 7.30 Prolly ok to stay for 2 nights but more than that just plain boring and boring. Breakfast is not that fantastic as you pay 25£/person, but it was ok but i will skip it as an advice. There is Onsen, but didnt try as i dont really fancy bath with bunch of strangers. Some staff are helpful but most junior female staffs need more training. Overall we wont come back or recommend. We booked mountain view but overlooking the staff housing so quite disappointing Hope your business successful. Thank you

Un viaje de negocios a Tokio me llevó a hacer una reserva de última hora en Hakone para disfrutar de sus aguas termales, ¡y la belleza superó todas mis expectativas! Para mi sorpresa, el hotel estaba celebrando (o destacando) sus 360 años de historia, y cada rincón revelaba rastros de su pasado, ¡algo fascinante! El personal es muy amable; tanto el señor que nos ayudó con el check-in como la joven de Taiwán nos hicieron sentir realmente bienvenidos y como en casa. La comida era exquisita y deliciosa, ¡y las porciones muy generosas! ¡Ojalá pueda volver algún día! 🫶🏻

Visitaba porque era mi cumpleaños. Llena: Todo está limpio y bien organizado, como alojamiento de baño público No cargado Ubicación: Salga de la estación de Nakagoura y hay un albergue en 3 minutos a pie. (Ufhill pero ... ㅎ) Envié un coche de recoger desde la estación Gora, pero estaba cerca, así que caminé. El conductor de recoger también es muy amable! Servicio: Fue el mejor servicio. I'm going to Owakudani, so I took you to the pick-up car and even after the tour, you take me to the hotel. Porque es mi cumpleaños, escribí una carta en la placa de dessert y el personal cantó una canción diciendo que me felicitaron. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Es muy amable y guapo. Dame champagne como servicio! Es el cumpleaños de mi madre pronto, pero estoy de vuelta al médico 1000000000% Estaba cansado de comer solo, pero gracias a ti, me disfruté de comer. Me impresionó la forma en que intentaba comunicarme, aunque era un pobre coreano. Instalaciones: No hay instalaciones como las comunidades, pero el gran campamento es agradable y se puede alquilar DVD gratis, así que se puede ver en la habitación (Sen y Chihiro, vecino Totoro, etc. Ghibli Annie, película) + Café, té, alcohol (whisky, vino, champán, cerveza) ilimitado El personal es amable.Gracias a usted, voy a recibir un tratamiento adecuado.
