I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . I look forward to staying at Pan Pacific Ningbo again and seeing you on my next visit.

He estado en Shifang muchas veces, y tanto las casas antiguas como las villas modernas e independientes han sido satisfactorias. Esta vez, fui con unos amigos y nos alojamos en un dúplex en la casa antigua. La habitación era muy grande y tenía un patio común y una sala de estar en la entrada, perfectos para sentarse a charlar y tomar té. Debo destacar el servicio de mayordomo. Desde que llegamos al hotel hasta que nos fuimos dos noches después, aunque no los vimos en persona, el servicio estuvo presente en todo momento. Cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, bastaba con mencionarla por WeChat, y la organización del coche o la provisión de artículos se resolvían al instante. Este valor añadido hace que valga la pena volver una y otra vez.

Immaculate hotel and room. The room facilities and comfort level was top drawer. The pillows especially meant an awesome sleep. The service was efficient and friendly at check in. The hotel is well located for the wetlands park. The area is very quiet on weekdays but there was coffee outlets and we found a good restaurant very nearby.

¡Vine con toda mi familia, niños y ancianos incluidos, al Ningbo Jiulong Lake Kaiyuan Resort por un fin de semana (dos días y una noche), y es realmente perfecto para viajes familiares! Los niños se volvieron locos en el parque de atracciones en cuanto entraron; hay muchas instalaciones de juegos al aire libre y son seguras. A los mayores les encantaba pasear junto al lago, el aire era especialmente bueno. La habitación del hotel estaba muy limpia. Los mariscos eran frescos y el precio era razonable. Lo que más le gustó a los niños fue la piscina cubierta, no querían salir. También fuimos a la playa a jugar con la arena y toda la familia se lo pasó genial. El estacionamiento es conveniente y no está lejos del lago Jiulong. Toda la familia quedó satisfecha esta vez. ¡Si tenemos la oportunidad, volveremos! Lo recomiendo a familias que viajen con niños y ancianos.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll. The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building. The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

The hotel was really good and a really good location,with great views,free parking and lots of shops inside the hotel.

We booked for a junior suite and got upgraded to one bedroom suite - wonderful service from Alex Ou! He not only provided lovely hospitality, he also cared for our needs throughout our stay! The room was huge with sea-view balcony, adding sweetness to our stay. MUST DO: Check out the hotel outdoor and indoor swimming pool, plus a visit to the 131 Warship. The restaurant on the 1st floor, Cape No. 1, also sell fresh seafood. We had nice dinner plus room service from the Ocean restaurant. Highly recommended! Nice view absolutely. Overall, we'll come back. 😁

I checked in early in the morning which the hotel didnt have rooms yet, so receptionist Babbby served me very well, complimentary upgrade, complimentary breakfast and arranged to take my luggage to the room when ready while I was out, great service. The only thing is when I got to room 3009 as the corridor end room, , the electricity must have problems, lights could not turn on, the bathroom lights turned on but for 1 sec and turned off itself, I repeated and played around the switch a few times then gave up, so when i was just about to walk out with my luggage, it turns on, the curtain motor closed 2/3 and stopped untill i played around with the switch , suggest hotel to do maintenence for the room or stay away.

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
