El único B&B en el que me he alojado en tantos años que es más hermoso en persona que en las fotos. ¡Es tan hermoso por la noche! ! ¡El espacio de cuatro dimensiones se ve genial de adentro hacia afuera, de arriba a abajo! ¡Ni siquiera las fotos oficiales pueden capturar ese efecto! ! One of the standout aspects was their exceptional service—they thoughtfully planned my itinerary, making my trip seamless and stress-free. Their transportation service to and from the city was incredibly convenient and well-organized.

We had a great stay at the 5th Meteorite Light Year Hotel in Shangri-La and would definitely return. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the old town including the temples and the big prayer wheel, and offers the added convenience of free underground parking. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free using a translation app, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well-equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere, and the air conditioning system includes oxygen regulation, which is particularly beneficial at high altitudes in case of AMS.
However, there are a few minor downsides. The hotel does not offer a proper international breakfast, and the reception is somewhat difficult to find, especially for foreigners like us. Additionally, housekeeping did not replenish shower gel, amenities, or coffee in the room during our stay.
Despite these small issues, the hotel provides outstanding value for money, and we would happily stay here again!

The room is beautifully designed with advanced built in technology such as diffused oxygen supply and floor heating, with a great direct view to the snowy mountains.
There are many home stays nearby that offers the same Mountain View. We paid a premium to stay here, not only for the Mountain View, but also for the supposed services and daily activities that the hotel advertised on social media.
Unfortunately the service level is almost non existent, the breakfast area is easily overpacked. The staffs even asked me to share a four people table with a couple during breakfast. I am not paying USD500 per night so I can share a dining table with strangers with no privacy.
We joined the sound healing experience which was held at 9pm (on the contrary to most other sound healing experiences I had, which is usually in the morning). The sound healing experience was held in the meditation room, which is located right above the Bar. Naturally, during the sound healing experience I heard mostly loud speakers playing APT and other loud music, with some light bowl singing sound.
The dinner was the worst I have had during my 9 days trip in Yunnan. The afternoon tea on level 5 (Bar area) was strangely arranged with all guests cramped next to each other and hunched over the low table where snacks are placed.
The hotel claims to have the top hotel room design and provides top end appliances in all the rooms, including HERMES toiletries, a B&O speaker, and Dyson hairdryer. The staffs introduced the room with great enthusiasm and pride on the small design details.
Although, after 2nights in the hotel, I left feeling the hotel is nothing but an empty shell with no soul.
I will not come back to this hotel again

Hotel Indigo is situated on the top of a hill, overseeing the ancient town. We enjoyed the very beautiful view and scenery from our room and the restaurant, where added-on one breakfast during our stay just to enjoy the view and ambience. The food options during breakfast were average with a mixture of international and local food. Rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping service. Buggy service is also available to bring you from the main lobby to the rooms. The only downside is the walk up the hill when returning to the hotel from the ancient town, as it can be quite tiring and made worst by the altitude. Would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Shangri-la!

UUsuario anónimoDesde el momento en que llegamos, era claro que no era una estancia ordinaria, es una experiencia tocada con pensamiento, tranquilidad y cuidado. Nos ha puesto a la disposición de una habitación que ofrece una vista ininterrumpida de la majestuosa montaña de nieve Meili, permitiendo que nos llevemos en su tranquila grandeza del confort de nuestro propio espacio. Fue un gesto que hizo más que ofrecer comodidad, creó un sentido de paz que permaneció con nosotros durante todo nuestro tiempo allí.
El personal de servicio no era nada menos que extraordinario. Su tranquila atención y su hospitalidad sintiéndose tan profunda añadieron a la estancia, convirtiendo cada momento en algo memorable.

She went above and beyond to make my stay special, from assisting with travel arrangements to personally guiding me through an authentic ******* butter tea ceremony, which was a truly memorable cultural experience. Thanks to her thoughtful recommendations and meticulous planning, I was able to explore the magnificent Songzanlin Monastery, as well as other scenic spots that showcased the unique beauty of the region.
The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, with spacious, elegantly designed rooms that provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The dining options were equally impressive, offering a mix of local ******* flavors and international cuisine. HHung DueWe really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible, the room large, and the staff, especially LIDA, were very helpful. Unfortunately, we got high altitude sickness as soon as we arrived to Shangri La. LIDA was very helpful in getting us the oxygen canisters that we needed and provided us an upgraded room with oxygen to make sure that we were ok. Even while we were away from the hotel, LIDA checked in with us to make sure we were ok and prepared our room to make sure we have a warm and oxygen filled room before we came back from the city.
We also left our watch behind after we left and LIDA has been responsible and responsive for mailing us our watch back. We are very grateful for his help! Thank you!

EEduardo AlfonsoDesde antes de llegar a Shangri la ya nos comunicamos con el Arro Khampa, que envió un conductor a buscarnos a la estación.(También nos transportarían al dejarlo). El edificio está integrado en el centro histórico y una vez atravesado un pasaje con columnas desemboca en un patio del que salen las habitaciones. Aunque la nuestra estaba en el primer piso, La Zheng y el recepcionista y conductor 索郎安翁：康巴藏族 (lo siento, no recuerdo su nombre) nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Al llegar, La Zheng nos recibió y, en inglés, nos explicó certeramente todo lo que debíamos saber del hotel. En el Arro Khampa funciona todo bien: agua, calefacción por suelo radiante, aseo, etc. La habitación tiene encanto y unas vistas excelentes. La cama es tan cómoda que no apetece levantarse, hay un sofá con mesa baja próxima a la ventana desde el que se ven los templos.También hay un escritorio y un armario cómodo y cuidado que crean un ambiente tranquilo y cálido. Hay agua, refrescos, café soluble, té, fruta, etc y un hervidor de agua para preparar infusiones. Gran cantidad de “amenities” en el baño así como zapatillas y hasta una máquina de oxígeno (o eso me pareció). El desayuno en su recogido comedor está bien elaborado y abierto a solicitudes fuera del buffet, aunque en nuestro caso resultó suficiente: buen zumo, café de máquina automática con leche, tostadas, huevo frito con bacon, arroz frito con verduras, etc. Resumiendo, una estancia perfecta en el hotel mejor ubicado y con la atención necesaria.

UUsuario invitadoPuedes pasar un día en el hotel sin tener que salir. A los niños les encanta el té de la tarde y diversas actividades. Se puede decir que el tiro con arco es muy adictivo. Todo es hermoso y también está muy cerca de Songzanlin. Templo Por la mañana, los mayores de la familia fueron al templo Songzanlin con el personal del hotel para escuchar la explicación. La comida china en el hotel era bastante buena, no cara y el desayuno era bastante rico. También muy delicioso y muy popular entre los niños. Me encantó y lo comí durante dos días seguidos. También hay cantantes cantando en el hotel a las 8 pm, ¡lo cual es muy emocionante!

ZzuriahComo esperado del hotel de 5 estrellas, el servicio era más allá de las expectativas. Teníamos habitaciones con muy buena vista. La montaña Meili Snow estaba delante de nosotros. Podemos ver el sol saliendo de nuestra habitación. Amplitudescwas maravilloso. Tanto la habitación como el baño están calientes. SSanchezI stayed in the suite at this hotel. It was a great and very comfortable stay. Everything about the suite was elegant and built for comfort. The hotel has a restaurant that makes delicious Yunnan inspired dishes. The yak stew and the potato dishes were especially good. The staff was nice and friendly although language presented a barrier. (Thankfully there are translation apps.). The pool was a little weird though. It's presented more like a pond in the middle of the hotel rooms. There seems to be only one access point to the pool and there is zero seating. Its rimmed by plants and trees. Very strange. But thats the only criticism of the hotel. Everything else meets and exceeds expectations of a hotel. And its within walking distance of the old town.

不包車有個最大問題，要不晚飯就在酒店吃，如果在古城裡吃飯 晚上打車回去很難打到
雖然是在納帕海邊上 但是進不去 有個馬場在附近
納帕海就是衹能在外面看一看拍拍照片 距離天空之門挺近的
設施：可能淡季生意很差 成本節降 本來挺體面的check in那棟樓關掉了 改用邊上居住樓一樓辦理入住
出門的話有一些台階 如果有重行李需要拎來拎去 入住的時候有個老爺爺幫忙拎行李 走的時候前台小姑娘説幫忙拎 也不好意思讓人家幹
【剛入住的時候還有點儀式感給戴了哈達，結果比較離譜的是客房打掃的時候直接不告知我們就拿回去了！ 而且哈達是質量很差的那種，第三天理行李退房的時候半天找不着，在一家五星酒店裡發生這種事離譜啊………】
晚上到酒店，也沒有什麼路燈開着的，還下大雨，我們走路還得打手電筒
説是酒店其實可以算是民宿，五星的定位德不配位。重來一次還不如選月光成英迪格

Mi última noche en Yunnan fue un poco alta, afortunadamente reservé el hotel Banyan Tree y me atendieron muy bien.
Las gachas de ternera para el desayuno curan tu corazón
Me siento muy cómodo después de beberlo.
Hay oxígeno portátil en la habitación.
Una persona que viaje sola puede alquilar una casa grande de más de 300 metros cuadrados.
Es una pena que no probé la bañera grande porque no tenía fuerzas, la guardaré para la próxima vez.
Recomiendo a todos que vengan y experimenten este lugar, ¡el ambiente es súper bueno y pueden hacer una caminata ligera y observar los pequeños animales en los pastos cercanos!
