«The hotel is beautiful and the room (with balcony) was lovely. The grounds are great and it has direct access to the beach. It was off-season so the restaurant/room service options seemed pretty limited, but you can get anything you want delivered easily.  A thing to note is no one was able to converse in English, completely understandable, just something to be aware of for foreign guests - although everyone did try to say hello, goodbye, etc., in English, which was very thoughtful.  There’s also no Spa, which was a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel, but the gym was great.  A special thanks to housekeeping who always made sure to tidy the room each day even if I didn’t leave it till late. They always made sure to pop in and freshen everything when I did go out. It’s an ideal hotel for families with children, less so for solo or friends, but still lovely.»

Во время отлива можно походить пособирать морепродукты (есть экскурсия такая, но мы не брали в связи с языковым барьером, так было бы очень интересно). Из минусов - довольно далеко до центрального пляжа, зато тишина вокруг. Для семей с детьми - лучший вариант! Очень хотелось бы вернуться!»

«Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against.
My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first?
Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean.
At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast.
That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.»

AA.Z..The service attitude was good, but the hotel facilities are quite old and of poor quality. Cleanliness was unsatisfactory, especially the bathroom, where there was a strong unpleasant odor. At first glance, the hotel looks acceptable, but the details do not hold up under closer inspection. Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay.

WWotoubaobei因颱風的原因來北海四天三晚。一直都在下雨，孩子一直沒怎麼能出去，潿洲島的船票也退了。最後我們換了這家酒店，因為我看評價為北海親子酒店排名第一，怎麼也讓孩子到北海能到游泳池遊游泳啊。確實不虛此行，訂了兩個房間，遇到了非常可愛、温柔、善解人意的管家小霍。第一時間就加了我的微信，詢問了我們的需求，隨時接受我們的諮詢。還把酒店的很多安排第一時間發給了我。最後還給我們升級了豪華海景高層房型，因為我們飛機是晚上的，還帶着孩子，小霍給我們辦了延遲退房，我們很感動。在酒店的房間躺在床上就看到了酒店的美景跟美麗的大海。房間很大50平，米色系調很温馨、很乾凈。床品很舒服、洗漱用品味道很好聞。孩子説泳池的水很乾凈，還有很多的親子活動。酒店的早餐也很豐富，吃到了當地的很多的特色海鴨蛋、米粉等等。使我們不留遺憾的離開了北海。感謝小霍，下次我們還會來的。
