On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

la piscina no se mantiene bien, fue amarga, agua de amarga ... la piscina de aquaplay fue sucia ...el agua fue sucia ...eseems it wasn't filtered .... Las ruinas estaban rústicas.. partes del hotel se dejaron sin mantenimiento aunque el personal era amigable y acomodable ... Espero que puedan hacer frente a las cosas que necesitan reparar.o cambiar ... Tal vez deberían cambiar el agua en sus piscinas .... Prueba de la piel

Reservé una noche para un tour de ida y vuelta y me quedé una noche más antes de ir al aeropuerto el último día. Nada más entrar, me recibió un olor a humedad y a bichos. Rocié Maxfosquel por todas partes, pensando que solo eran cucarachas. El aire acondicionado estaba cubierto de polvo, pero el olor a humedad me hizo encenderlo con los ojos cerrados. Por suerte, no vi ninguna cucaracha durante mis dos días de estancia, así que me registré y usé la piscina de la playa. Es un lugar con buena relación calidad-precio para alojarse después de un masaje el segundo día del tour de ida y vuelta y antes de ir al aeropuerto. Si no te vas a quedar mucho tiempo...

Un resort muy agradable con una pequeña playa, dos piscinas y algunos restaurantes y bares. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Si quieres encontrar restaurantes o tiendas fuera del resort, tendrás que caminar un poco. El trayecto desde/hacia el aeropuerto dura aproximadamente 30 minutos en Grab.

Nos alojamos en el hotel por 3 días. Muy hospitalario, el personal es magnífico. Las habitaciones están limpias, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El desayuno es bueno, pero en algunos lugares tendrás que esperar a que te entreguen la comida. solucionado rápidamente. Se puede ver y oír la construcción cerca del hotel, pero personalmente no me irritó ni me despertó, como dicen en las reseñas. El lado negativo es que el servicio en el restaurante y bar local es muy lento, faltan la mitad de los platos del menú y los precios son mucho más altos que en los restaurantes vecinos. Hablando de restaurantes, hay lugares normales cerca, pero para llegar a ellos tendrás que caminar o tomar un taxi, al menos 750 metros por la carretera pasando por barrios marginales y obras en construcción. Una política muy extraña con respecto a la comida “propia” traída desde fuera del hotel (se espera un cargo por descorche de 250 pesos), esto estaría bien si al menos de alguna manera se llenara la variedad del restaurante y la tienda local. La playa está formada por pequeños guijarros, cercada por el mar casi hasta el final por boyas que llegan hasta las rodillas. Entiendo que esto es típico de Cebú, pero tenlo en cuenta de todos modos. Para su información: se requiere un depósito de 2000 pesos por día por cada habitación o mediante tarjeta de crédito.

Location is good - walkable to restaurants a lot of them are Korean-owned which reflects higher prices except for Filipino-themed cuisine. Hotel rates are higher so I expected a higher level of service however, I was deeply shocked that when I asked for a bucket of ice, they said they charge P100. I am a traveler from the US and my job exposes me to travel usually 3 to 5 star hotels this hotel pretends to be a four-star hotel but the shocking charge of 100 pesos which is less than two dollars. It’s just so ridiculous. It leaves a bad memory of this hotel for me. I think they are monetizing every little thing and that does not make them classy. We were in a group of four, and we also went to the dinner at patio Gavino rooftop and took the Buffet for 1000 pesos per person, but the selection was limited. It was just a good place to experience being on the rooftop however I have been eating out literally every day in my five weeks trip to the Philippines so I can compare prices the 1000 pesos was not justified maybe more appropriate for 600 pesos per person because there was nothing great about the food selection. I also went in the pool and it was a great four hours of swimming, but considering that they catered to a lot of tourist they should extend their full hours to at least until 10 PM because it is super hot in the Philippines. I can’t understand why they have short pool hours when that is really the main attraction of the hotel. What is great though is there bathroom which is air-conditioned and pretty clean to take showers the breakfast is also pretty good and we had complementary breakfast for two days. The staff were great, but I cannot forget the 100 peso charge for ice this hotel should install ice machines in each floor since that is a big necessity considering how hot it is so for the owners I wish you would reconsider your business way of doing things and trying not to charge every little thing. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I do not want or believe I need to go back to your hotel.

El hotel en sí es maravilloso, con un personal amable, desayunos deliciosos y variados, limpieza diaria, piscinas y un parque acuático. Todo funciona a la perfección. El único inconveniente fue la ubicación del hotel; se tarda mucho en llegar a cualquier destino de interés.
