We stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy. The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited. One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day. The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful. The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am. One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys. Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Very large space for our family of 3. We used the bedroom downstairs for our luggage while we slept upstairs. Filtered water dispenser with hot and cold water options meant that we did not have to buy water or boil water to make hot drinks. Kitchen was fully equipped if you need to cook. Smart TV in the living room allowed us to turn on Ms Rachel on Netflix for the toddler while we got ready. Washing machine and dryer located inside the first floor bathroom allowed us to do some laundry during our stay. A hanging rack was also provided for clothes that cannot be dried in the dryer. Plenty of towels provided. Strong water pressure in the shower with consistent hot water. Bed was a bit too hard for our liking but the pillows were comfortable. Linen was clean. We were allowed to drive and stop right outside the villa to unload / load the car before parking the car at the parking lots located at the entrance of the resort - great for rainy days and perfect for us as we were travelling with a toddler and also had a lot of luggage. There are two charging points for electric cars. Short 5 minute drive to the cafes and restaurants in Hyeopjae. No blackout curtains meant sunlight shining on our faces at 6am. Long drive (around 50 minutes to 1 hour) to the airport / city centre. Very foul poop smell outside the villa on our first night, probably due to fertiliser from the nearby farm. No blinds for the toilet window so someone could easily walk to the back of the villa and looked into the toilet (which my husband did and he said he could easily see into the shower and toilet) so we tried covering the window with a plastic sheet. Disposable slippers that were provided were very thin and flimsy and difficult to wear / walk in. The one time I didn't wear it, I got a splinter in my foot from the wooden flooring on the first floor.

Los anfitriones son súper amables y se comunican bien en inglés, ¡y la vista desde la habitación es impresionante! Aunque el alojamiento está en el último piso, con solo escaleras, la estancia fue absolutamente fantástica. También nos encantó poder cocinar algo ligero en la habitación. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo!

리뷰 보고 예약했는데, 말 그대로 사장님께서 참 친절하세요.. 구경 다니다 숙소 언제 갈지 몰라 도착해서 베이비 풀 사용 여부 여쭤 보려 했는데 오후 5시 좀 넘어서 도착했더니 반갑게 맞이해 주셨어요. 연락처가 이상하게 되어 있어 연락을 못하셨다고 하시면서 베이비 풀 사용 할 거냐고 먼저 물어 봐주시고, 겨울이라 늦은 시간인데도 사용 할 수 있냐고 여쭤보니 청소하고 해주시겠다고 하셨어요.(2시간 반정도 소요) 마침 사용할 방에 풀 타일이 훼손 되어 수리 해야 된다며, 옆 방으로 옮겨서 사용하게 해주셨어요. 우리가 간 날은 평일이고 비성수기라 마침 방이 비어있어서 가능했어요. (애들이 추운데도 물 속은 따뜻하니 엄청 좋아 했어요.. 한 시간 정도 놀았는데 재밌어 했어요.) 방 옮기느라 쌀쌀하다며 온풍기도 주시고, 모닝 커피도 주시고, 아침 제공 안되는 걸로 알고 있어서 나가서 먹으려는데, 마지막 날엔 신경 써서 챙겨주셔서 너~~무 감사했어요.. 남편 일 때문에 여행을 잘 못 가서 정말 오랜만에 갔다 왔는데, 정말 잘 쉬고 좋은 추억 쌓고 와서 좋으네요^^

El hotel suele estar limpio e higiénico, pero dada su antigüedad, se espera que la gerencia mejore las renovaciones y el mantenimiento. La tienda de conveniencia junto al vestíbulo cierra a las 23:00, pero hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia, heladerías y cafeterías abiertas las 24 horas en las cercanías, que permanecen abiertas hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Para cenar, recomiendo un pequeño restaurante a la vuelta de la esquina del hotel (ver foto adjunta; los pedidos cierran a las 21:00).

Muy cerca del aeropuerto y con muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. Pedimos más botellas de agua, pero en recepción nos dijeron que teníamos que comprarlas nosotros mismos.

Llegamos al hotel la mañana del 7 de septiembre. El miembro del personal que estaba de turno nos atendió de manera excelente. Los tres le daríamos una valoración de cinco estrellas y pedimos a la dirección que lo felicite de nuestra parte. Nos ayudó a resolver nuestros problemas y su servicio fue magnífico. Sabemos que trabajar solo en su puesto debe ser agotador, y aun así nos asistió con nuestros problemas, lo que demuestra su gran dedicación y profesionalidad. ¡Es una persona excelente! Fue una verdadera suerte haberlo conocido durante nuestro viaje a la Isla de Jeju. Desde aquí, le deseamos a él y a su familia mucha salud, alegría y bienestar. Estamos muy satisfechos con todos los aspectos del hotel y sin duda volveremos. ¡Nos encanta este lugar! La playa justo en la entrada es espectacular. Y por la noche, sentarse aquí a disfrutar de unas cervezas y pollo frito es un plan perfecto.

No se dejen engañar por la foto. Cuando llegamos, nos impactó mucho lo anticuado que parecía el lugar en comparación con la foto. El vestíbulo estaba vacío, no había nadie en la puerta en ningún momento, solo la recepcionista, y apenas te saludaban hasta que hacías cola y llegabas a ellos. No hablaban inglés ni chino con fluidez, apenas podían comunicarse, hasta que usaron el traductor de Google. La habitación se parecía a la foto, pero no tanto; todo estaba en su sitio, pero no se parecía en nada a las fotos. Mucho menos luminosa, mucho menos glamurosa, y todo estaba literalmente roto. Nuestro grifo estaba defectuoso; era un fastidio usar el lavabo a diario. La cortina se cayó y estaba tirada en el suelo. El gancho para la toalla estaba roto y colgando. El enchufe del cargador estaba roto y no cargaba. La ducha goteaba agua incluso si no se usaba la ducha de lluvia. Y solo permitían pedir dos botellas de agua adicionales. El minibar se cargaba completamente. No había Smart TV ni ninguna pantalla de teléfono que imitara la de un teléfono, así que la TV era inútil. ¿Quieres correr las cortinas? Tienes que subirte a la bañera, caminar sobre ella y tirar. En resumen, muy decepcionante y no vale la pena. Se considera asequible, pero la verdad es que podrías encontrar algo mejor. Habría reservado otro hotel al instante si me lo hubieran reembolsado 5 minutos dentro de la habitación. Un 3 de 10 para mí.

Este es un buen hotel para el precio. Servicios limpios, amigables. Literalmente, perfecto para este tipo de hotel. En una calle principal con acceso a restaurantes y tiendas. Los ascensores son un diseño extraño. Como cada uno es independiente, por lo que tienes que presionar todos los botones, pero no un problema.

Instalaciones: perfecto Higiene: limpio y ordenado Entorno: La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del hotel y de la calle peatonal Carretera Sanitaria. Servicio: Los chicos de la recepción son muy amables e incluso ayudan a reservar taxis.
