Un hotel muy, muy, muy lindo. La habitación está muy bien decorada y también hay música en vinilo para escuchar. El desayuno se entrega en la puerta, ¡lo cual también es muy lindo! ! Puedes ir a la azotea y es muy tranquilo. ¡Es un gran recuerdo en Busan! ¡Todos deben venir y quedarse aquí!

Reservé una habitación con vistas a la ciudad, pero no pude ver nada porque estaba en el tercer piso, un piso bajo. En fin, todos estaban de viaje, así que no importó. El hotel necesita mejorar la limpieza. Un día, al volver a la habitación, encontré una toalla del hotel tirada en el inodoro. Me asusté mucho. El personal del hotel vino a solucionarlo y dijo que había sido una negligencia en la limpieza de la habitación. Dijeron que la limpieza debía mejorar. Después de ese día, nunca más me atreví a usar toallas, pero la habitación era enorme, y punto.

I stayed here for one night in the Ocean Classic Double room. The location is excellent—it’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro station and perfectly situated between Haeundae and Gwangalli. The view is stunning; you can see the famous Gwangalli Bridge through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is well-equipped, and having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus for longer stays. Overall, the room was mostly clean, though I did notice some stains on the comforter. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even though their English wasn't perfect, they went out of their way to help me. It was a nice experience overall and definitely great value for the money.

¡Fui a la boda de un conocido! Fue genial porque no había ningún olor desagradable y estaba limpio. Tuve una estancia muy cómoda. También desayuné, lo cual costó 25.000 wones. En general, ¡lo pasé muy bien! Sin embargo, solo había una botella de agua el primer día ㅠㅠ

Ocean view was awesome. The beach was close and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was nice to move around. However, the person paying at the buffet felt unkind. Other than that, it was perfect. Other than that, the bathroom in the room was a little uncomfortable, everything was great.

Aunque la ubicación del hotel es buena (cerca de las tiendas y de todas las atracciones de Haeundae), pero como la puerta de entrada da a una calle lateral corta que termina en un callejón sin salida, muchos taxistas no se entregan, lo que nos deja a unos 15 metros de distancia en la Unión. Esto es un inconveniente si acaba de llegar o salir y, por lo tanto, carga equipaje. Nuestra habitación tenía una buena vista de las tiendas de Haeundae que conducen a la playa (ver foto).

Fue difícil encontrar un lugar para alojarse para 4 personas en un viaje familiar porque tenías que encontrar dos habitaciones o una habitación más grande era cara, pero este lugar está justo en frente de Haeundae para 4 personas a este precio y es de nueva construcción, así que está limpio y estoy muy satisfecho. Quiero volver la próxima vez que venga a Busan. Gracias a ti, me lo pasé genial comiendo sandía en Haeundae. Gracias^^

However, this is a minor inconvenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with two convenience stores, a McDonald’s, and the popular Busandang Bakery nearby, offering an impressive selection of baked goods and a pleasant café on the second floor. The hotel is also approximately a five-minute walk to the main Haeundae Beach shopping and dining street, which makes it a convenient base overall. 2. Front Desk & Service Front desk staff generally communicate in decent English, which is helpful for international guests. Upon arrival, we reached about an hour before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM (notably later than most hotels). Early check-in was offered at an additional charge of 18,000 KRW. While understandable, there is room for improvement here—particularly when rooms are already available, a more flexible approach would enhance the guest experience. A more significant concern was the housekeeping policy. For a five-day stay, only one room cleaning service was provided. This is quite disappointing and does not align with expectations of a hotel, especially given that rates remain at a premium during peak season. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall experience. 3. Room & Facilities We were assigned a room on the 21st floor. The room is spacious, resembling a studio apartment, and comes well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and a clothes steriliser (particularly useful for refreshing outerwear). The room includes both a queen-sized bed and a super single bed, along with heated flooring for added comfort. Tips: offer English translation card to show how to use the washer/ dryer would be useful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the highlight is undoubtedly the view. The panoramic outlook over Haeundae Beach and the sea is excellent, complemented by a large balcony with seating—ideal for relaxation. However, another shortcoming is the lack of proper bath towels. Only small-sized towels were provided, which were also used as floor mats. This is below expected hotel standards and should be addressed. Overall Assessment The hotel offers strong positives in terms of room size, amenities, and especially the sea view. Its location is also convenient despite the slightly hidden entrance. However, the limited housekeeping service and absence of proper bath towels are notable drawbacks. Addressing these areas would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

If you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
