«我先整體評價一下歐樂堡長頸鹿莊園，真的是我帶孩子遊玩最舒服的一家酒店，是把客户的各種問題都考慮周全的酒店，吃住行樣樣俱全，從接待中心工作人員的細緻入微的地圖講解，到門口領取電瓶車人員的車型介紹以及入住前台小姐姐們的熱情招待，尤其點名小美小姐姐，又是問我們喂長頸鹿的樹葉夠不夠，又是在餐廳幫忙照顧孩子，發現小寶兒喜歡餵動物，還帶着我們穿梭在A座和B座之間，長頸鹿和斑馬來回喂，真的是特別舒服，有回家的感覺；再説説居住環境，我們家孩子特別喜歡餵動物，所以我們選擇在陽台就能看到鴕鳥跟長頸鹿的房型，室內衞生很好，哪裡都打掃的乾乾淨淨，不次於五星級的標準，就連陽台，小寶兒都是光着腳丫來回跑的，晚上也非常安靜，幾乎聽不到小動物的聲音，我在夜裡還坐到陽台喝了茶，靜靜的太安逸了；再説説餐，品類不多，但是對於北方人來講還算可口，能吃飽，畢竟不是來吃飯的，我個人感覺還是不錯的，最值得一提的是，酒店竟然發現我們沒來吃早餐，工作人員竟然打包送到了我們房間，別提當時的激動心情了，太暖了，下次還會帶着父母來，因為酒店就可以泡温泉，孩子玩動物，長者泡温泉，酒店的接駁車也非常方便，自己來着電瓶車去接待中心換成擺渡車就可以去其他四個園區，我們選擇了《大河上下》»
