«因為從郾城二高畢業的緣故，所以還對老藍天賓館保留着一定的情懷，這次回鄉探親特意為家人選擇了迎賓館，沒想到大失所望。
1、迎賓沒有送行李的服務，需要自己到前台找行李車，然後自行送到房間。
2、沒有健身房。？？？？
3、洗衣房衹開門到晚上十點，漯河現在普通的商務酒店都是二十四小時服務的，這個規矩實在費解。附圖。
4、浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套提供。
5、送的禮品是常見的水果和食品，説是可以全部選，沒想到小的可憐，蘋果比一元硬幣大一點，特意拍照和口香糖做了對比，AD鈣奶特意選的最小的。如果送不起，可以不用送，不送是可以接受的！附圖。
6、兩條大浴巾都是破了洞的，附圖。
7、前台服務人員帶着標準的職業性傲慢和冰冷，除了回覆沒有這個，沒有那個，動作訓練的很標準，可總缺少點人文關懷！
不是矯情，不是吹毛求疵，不是住不起，是真心希望老藍天越來越好，也是漯河為數不多的五星級酒店應該具備的基礎性服務和功能。當別處標配的服務到這裏變成了奢望，光靠情懷如何能在競爭中生存？»
