«OK hotel, it has the basics covered and is located next to some shops and fast food places (this was handy as we arrived after the restaurant had closed). WWarobin TanMy reviews are always the 4 C. It is convenient to the Confucius Temple and Mansion. We tour the two sites. For the cemetery site, we took a 10 or 15 Yuan electric tricycle from the mansion. The three sites are worth visiting. Can be done in a day or less. I prefer to see and sail through. I had some difficulty finding the hotel with the DIDI driver because the hotel entrance is inside a car park. So visitors do ask the DIDI driver to drive into the car park. The car park barrier leads the driver to believe they will be charged for entering. The car park barrier bears the hotel name. Our hotel stay did include breakfast. The range is typical of a Chinese breakfast menu. Cleanliness: This hotel group maintains cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets. The sofa upholstery and the cushion are clean, with no stains. The towels are clean. Comfortable: The bed is firm, and the pillion is very comfortable. The aircon is working, and hot and cold water are all working. Overall, the room colours are comfortable for resting and relaxing. Customer Service: The front staff speak English. The security guard carried one of my bags. The check-in was easy because we provided our Trip.com booking details. In the lobby, there are free bottles of water and Chinese tea. The staff provided excellent service during our stay. I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night. the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain. as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy. I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity. the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags, they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood. FForoughhThe hotel is only 10 minutes away from the gate of Confucius temple on foot. The traditional style and the statue of Confucius makes you feel like you are really here to visit this great philosopher’s city. The staff are friendly and they provide whatever you ask for. They gave us a book, a crad and a bookmaker as a gift. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean but yet could be cleaner. All in all, it works for visiting this historical city.

El servicio fue atento, cálido y profesional. Nos recibió un guía de registro dedicado y nos obsequiaron con yogur, fruta y una pequeña copia de las Analectas. Nos sentimos como en casa y realmente vivimos el dicho: «Es una alegría tener amigos de lejos». Las habitaciones eran anticuadas. Nuestro primer día fue en el segundo piso; la puerta no cerraba y el baño era minúsculo. Habíamos reservado una habitación familiar Ruya, pero en recepción nos dijeron que nos habían ascendido a una suite. El aire acondicionado hacía tanto ruido que no pudimos dormir bien esa noche.
