«Stayed for four nights in a Deluxe Twin Room for three adults. The location is very convenient, close to East Gate. The room is spacious and well-equipped with an ironing board and iron, but the two double beds are a bit small for three adults and the mattresses are slightly bouncy.
The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and a very convenient laundry room with quick wash and dry options. Breakfast offers a good variety, though the taste is average.
Service could be improved—there’s no tour information desk or English materials, and the hotel does not offer help with booking larger transport or luggage transfer services.

«Viajé a Xiaguan con una amiga para dejar a mi mejor amiga en su casa, y elegimos el Hotel Comunitario Yizhanxue por impulso. ¡La experiencia fue fantástica! El hotel tiene un diseño juvenil y comunitario con un ambiente genial. Es bastante grande y está bien equipado. Cuenta con un amplio aparcamiento gratuito, lo que resulta muy conveniente para quienes viajan en coche.
Dentro del hotel también hay una cafetería única en renovación, con un diseño distintivo que recuerda a la casita voladora de la película animada *Up*. Es increíblemente fotogénica y perfecta para tomar fotos. El desayuno era abundante y delicioso, con un sabor perfecto. El hotel tiene un gimnasio profesional que ocupa toda una planta, así que mi amiga y yo pudimos hacer ejercicio después del desayuno, lo que nos relajó y nos ayudó a desconectar.
La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del principal centro comercial de Xiaguan, lo que facilita mucho ir de compras, comer y moverse por la ciudad. Nuestra habitación doble era espaciosa, con una cómoda cama de 1,5 metros que no resultaba estrecha. La habitación tenía una paleta de colores suaves y relajantes en tonos crema y beige, y la decoración era sencilla pero sofisticada. Los grandes ventanales que iban del suelo al techo ofrecían vistas directas a las calles de la ciudad, lo que la hacía luminosa, ventilada y espaciosa; no había ninguna sensación de encierro. También me encantó el diseño del baño; estaba limpio y ordenado.
El nivel de comodidad general fue perfecto, y mis amigos y yo quedamos sumamente satisfechos. ¡Tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio y lo recomiendo ampliamente!»

«Our family of four checked into this hotel, and the two young staff members were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with carrying our luggage from our driver’s drop-off point up to our room, which required walking up to the third floor.
The room came with a stunning 180-degree sea view, a swing 😊, and welcome fruits. Even though there wasn’t much dessert left, they still thoughtfully prepared a hearty sweet dessert for us.
The room overlooks Erhai Lake, offering a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy it as we only stayed for one night—we checked in late and had to leave early the next morning.
Breakfast was hearty and comforting.
The only downside is that there was no mirror outside the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for more than two female guests.
What surprised us most was that they even gave us a gift when we checked out.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.»

環境：180度海景，浪漫氛圍滿分！酒店位於洱海畔，房間設計簡約而富有藝術感，清晨喚醒智能語音管家打開窗簾，躺在床上就可以看到180度的全海景視野。把洱海的碧波與蒼山的輪廓盡收眼底。我們入住的「執白•180度海景獨立浴缸暢享影音大床房」擁有私人陽台，清晨看日出、傍晚賞夕陽，每一刻都如詩如畫。
餐飲與細節：精緻體驗，温暖人心
酒店的餐飲服務同樣令人印象深刻。每日早餐種類豐富，搭配精緻的擺盤，好心情從早餐開始；下午茶包含多種飲品（花茶很好喝）和特色甜點，坐在海景咖啡廳裏享用，幸福感油然而生（也可以讓酒店工作人員幫忙送到房間裏吃）。晚上還有晚安甜湯，用温暖的食物為一天畫上句號。房間內的浴巾、洗漱用品均屬高品質（都是獨立包裝 一次性用品 質量非常好 沒有用到的可以打包帶走 ）獨立熨斗和洗衣房等設施也極大提升了便利性。

在未入住房間時，讓酒店工作人員幫忙錄製了酒店房間的環境，為後期佈置求婚儀式提供了很大的便利，並且酒店工作人員的配合度非常高，為了幫助拖延女朋友 超時提供了下午茶，讓我得以有時間去房間提前準備，女友感動落淚的那一刻，所有努力都值得了。萬分感謝酒店的所有工作人員！

NNEWJCloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home.
One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious.
We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable.
To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us.
We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

¡Tuve una estancia fantástica en este hotel! La vista desde mi habitación era absolutamente impresionante, perfecta para relajarse después de un largo día. El personal fue increíblemente amable y acogedor, siempre dispuesto con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarme con todo lo que necesitara.

UUsuario invitadoI give my highest praises to Home2 Suites by Hilton Dali Erhai. It is a truly fabulous hotel. After spending one day here and another day at a different location on the lake, I actually extended my stay in Dali just so I could return and enjoy this superb hotel again.
From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. A kind gentleman greeted me at the taxi and helped with my luggage immediately. The reception staff consistently went above and beyond, even offering complimentary room upgrades when available.
The rooms are modern, high-tech, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there were no odors at all, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. I usually struggle to find pillows that properly support my neck, but when I asked whether they had memory foam pillows, the staff brought me two amazing pillows (honestly better than my pillows at home). I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip.
Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying as well. I also used the washing machines during my stay, which were modern and very convenient. There is even a gym directly across the hallway, so you can work out while doing laundry.
The location suited my purposes very well. Only a short didi away from the train station. Across the street is an affordable bicycle rental shop where I rented a high-end international bike in excellent condition. Just one minute away is the best barbecue restaurant I found in all of Dali: Shentan Xianhuo Barbecue. The food was incredible, and the meal only cost me 40 RMB. Aegean Shopping Park is also just around the corner, and the start of the ecological corridor is just a short bike ride away from the hotel.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, excellent facilities, great location, and genuine hospitality.

Xxiaoxiao0901Su casa se encuentra en el callejón junto a la comisaría de policía en la ciudad antigua de Dali. Si reserva más de tres noches consecutivas, puede organizar un traslado al aeropuerto (solo ida). El personal de limpieza es muy atento y le preguntará con un día de antelación sobre las necesidades de desayuno del día siguiente. El desayuno se sirve a las 8:30 de la mañana y se puede entregar en la habitación a más tardar a las 10:30 de la mañana.
Las instalaciones generales de la habitación son muy completas. También hay una lavandería en la primera planta, y la lavadora tiene función de secado. Es muy conveniente para quienes están en viajes de negocios largos o desean quedarse por un tiempo prolongado.
Su casa está relativamente cerca de la Puerta Erhai de la ciudad antigua de Dali y se puede llegar directamente a pie. El hotel cuenta con un autobús lanzadera que también puede llevar a la Puerta Erhai o a la Puerta Cangshan de la ciudad antigua.
Hay empresas de alquiler de coches, peluquerías y restaurantes cerca. En general, son bastante convenientes. ¡Y tomar fotos desde la pequeña colina de al lado es muy cinematográfico! En el vestíbulo del hotel sirven el té de la tarde. Durante los días que estuve allí, solía optar por un café con leche por la mañana para empezar un buen día. ¡Jeje! 😜

UUsuario invitadoUn patio que me sorprendió gratamente. Reservé una casa de familia el día antes de irme. En primer lugar, quedé muy satisfecha con la higiene. Tras la renovación de un patio tan antiguo, ya no parecía húmedo ni sombrío. Aunque llovía y hacía frío el día que nos registramos, la habitación estaba precalentada y no había polvo. Cada habitación tiene dos plantas. Aunque no es grande, los amplios ventanales de la primera planta dan a un pequeño patio con loros, un pequeño puente y agua corriente. Es muy cómodo. Las dos jóvenes también ayudaron a tomar fotos. Se mostraron muy entusiastas y recomendaron al encargado de alquiler de coches. El encargado de itinerarios que nos acompañó después también fue muy bueno. También hubo una actividad de caligrafía para escribir la palabra ”Fu”. También nos dieron muchos aperitivos de bienvenida. Siempre me gusta esta casa de familia. Lo único es que hay que subir las escaleras. No hay barreras en la entrada. Es fácil caerse. No es un lugar apto para personas mayores ni niños.

JJ.Lee169I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.
