Regresé al mismo Staybridge Suites después de un crucero y me dieron una habitación superior para una noche antes de irme. Es un hotel precioso, las vistas desde las plantas altas son muy buenas y el metro está justo abajo. Hay tiendas de conveniencia a ambos lados del apartamento. Hay muchos restaurantes y farmacias a lo largo de toda la carretera. El personal es amable y servicial.

Absolutely amazing stay at Voco Hotel! As an IHG member, I truly experienced exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was incredibly comfortable with stunning unobstructed sea views. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wonderful variety of options. A special thank you to Glenys at the front desk for her patient answers and perfect service—she made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. La station de métro est juste devant à 3min à pied ainsi la station des taxis. Le studio est spacieux même pour deux personnes pour une longue période même. Le service de ménage est très bien, il nettoie tout les jours. L’eau, le café, sucre, thé et du lait offert par l’hôtel. La partie kitchenette est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour préparer des plats. Le frigo est très bien fonctionnel et grand aussi pour mettre de la nourriture. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner correct

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

Simplemente fue arreglada para tener vistas. un piso alto gracias a la amabilidad del chico de la recepción. Enfrente está el centro comercial Carrefour. La mayor parte del desayuno es comida del Medio Oriente. La piscina en el primer piso es bastante hermosa. Se siente como si estar aquí estuviera aislado del mundo y fuera un ambiente tranquilo.

El tamaño de la habitación en el barco estaba bien, y cenar en la cubierta viendo el atardecer fue agradable, especialmente en esta época que es la más cómoda en Dubái. El desayuno fue muy sencillo, como la mayoría de los desayunos de hotel aquí en Dubái. Sin embargo, las instalaciones de la habitación eran bastante básicas, había mal olor, y en las habitaciones que dan a la orilla, por la noche se escuchaba el ruido del ventilador de ventilación, lo cual era molesto. En general, como experiencia de un hotel con un formato especial, no estuvo mal. Considerando que en estos tiempos las opciones de hoteles por menos de mil yuanes son limitadas, esta fue una buena elección.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. El desayuno y el gimnasio son tan buenos como antes. Hay estaciones de metro, restaurantes deliciosos y supermercados cerca del hotel. El servicio también es muy atento y la recepción responde rápidamente.

Nos arriesgamos en el S Hotel y fue la mejor estancia en un hotel que hemos tenido en Dubai. Nos registramos por la noche, 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños cansados ​​de nuestro viaje y nos sorprendieron gratamente con un ascenso de una habitación doble a una suite de 1 dormitorio. ¡Gracias S Hotel! El hotel en sí parece nuevo, el diseño y los materiales son buenos, la cama era firme, lo cual fue muy agradable. (Las camas blandas son malas para mi espalda). Cosas que se pueden mejorar: calidad del desayuno, tiempo de respuesta más rápido a las solicitudes (secador de pelo, etc). De lo contrario, todo está bien. La ubicación está en una zona tranquila de Al Barsha, lo cual fue bueno ya que nuestros hoteles anteriores estaban justo en las zonas ruidosas y se sentía muy ocupado y frenético. En general, puedo recomendar este hotel.

La habitación era muy bonita y limpia, y el personal de recepción fue amable y nos ayudó con el equipaje. Está cerca de la estación de metro y hay un centro comercial con restaurantes en las inmediaciones. El único inconveniente fue la vista desde la ventana, que era bastante mediocre.
