People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the apartment. Any other person in the apartment is the sole responsibility of Guest. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you have booked for a longer stay and wish for a housekeeping service, please ask and we can arrange the cleaning for an additional fee. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 11. Water and Septic: The property is on village water and is potable (okay to drink). DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages for septic repair.12. Check-out: Check-out is at 10am. Guests must leave the property relatively clean and secure. Trash and Recycling needs to be taken to the outside bins. Guest will will lock the entry door upon leaving the property and leave the key within the lock box.13. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Vermont roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or snow tires during the snow months.
