Usuario invitadoA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Usuario anónimoThe location is perfect. We traveled from the airport by the airport shuttle bus, and it stopped just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is next to the Tanukikoji shopping street and is also conveniently located for getting anywhere by foot. I also used the coin-inserted washer-dryer, which is super convenient for not taking dirty clothes home. I will definitely consider staying here again next time.

DrOBYExceptional location. Excellent value for money.
The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of Sapporo, just a three‑minute walk from the North East exit of JR Sapporo Station. Convenience stores are close by, making daily needs easy to manage.
Rooms are compact — typical of Japanese standards — yet thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, reliable high‑speed internet, and a smart TV. I especially appreciated the wooden flooring and efficient air conditioning, which added to the overall comfort.
Amenities are practical and well‑organized. Tea and coffee sachets are available at reception, breakfast was delicious, and the staff consistently provided warm, helpful service throughout our 3‑night stay.
For added convenience, the hotel offers a laundromat, ice machine, pants press, and microwave in the common area — all of which made our stay even smoother.
In short: A superb choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great value in Sapporo.

HUIN WENG KITI have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home. They served simple yet good food and we really enjoy it. Every night, when we come back after a long, cold day of trip outside, the staff served hot soup which is suitable. The staff at the reception counter will also greet you. I dont really get what they said but i guess they welcome you home. I hope management who see this comment can please help to tell the staffs that they did a good job. I stayed at many japan hotel and the level of welcoming here is really above the average hotels. Take care and hope to go Hokkaido again! Matane!

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo’s most vibrant entertainment and dining district, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, and nightlife spots, so finding something to eat at any hour is never a problem. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside.
The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick.
One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing.
The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities.
Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.
