Por casualidad, me alojé en una habitación doble individual, mucho más espaciosa y cómoda de lo que sugieren las fotos. Tanto el baño como la ducha estaban limpios y bien mantenidos. Había artículos de aseo en la planta baja, y la ropa informal era tan cómoda que ¡me dieron ganas de llevármela a casa! El personal también fue muy amable. Tuve un pequeño problema al registrarme, pero quiero agradecer a la encantadora empleada que me ayudó con tanta amabilidad. Gracias a ella, también he reservado una estancia en un hotel de la cadena Aotetsu para mi viaje a Kioto en junio.

Many bus have direct route to Gion, and other tourist spot (about 30 minutes riding). Please take a notes, this hotel is not in tourist area, very quiet and you will meet with many local people here. + this hotel have a concierge and standby staff, so you can keep the luggage before checkin. + this hotel is very new, i think maybe open early 2026, when we proceed for the check in, the hotel staff gave us some welcoming gift, and we can saw many flowers buoquet there. And the good news, yes they have an elevator, so no issue for thise who bring big luggage + Room very clean and tidy. We book for 03 persons, and they prepare room with 04 twin beds (separate 02 rooms). Inside room have bathtub, laundry, kitchen + equipment, and 01 dining table. + I think maybe this is the best hotel we stay at Japan. Very modern, all brand new, many USB port inside the room, wifi connection is strong, really quiet and really convenient for stay + around 05 minutes walking, you will find japanese ramen noodle resto, and also local mini market. - a little bit troublesome for communicate with the hotel staff, because when we want to make sure about Yamato Delivery Service to this hotel, it was so hard to reach to hotel staff throung phone / email. When we asking to the hotel staff about this, they said they not receiving any chat from the trip.com / ******* platform. I dont know where is the issue, maybe because this hotel very new or they are not ready yet for the online communication Please take a notes that you have to pay kyoto city tax. We stay for 02 night, and we pay JPY 1.600 total Overall it was a nice stay, and definitely really recomend this hotel for stay at Kyoto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Kyoto city. It’s just a short walk to both the train and bus stations, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, it’s very close to major shopping malls Takashimaya where you can buy Marukyu koyamaen matcha. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. They also have a washing machine and dryer available, which is really convenient for longer stays. However, there’s only one of each, so if it gets busy, you might need to wait your turn. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto! They also has nearby Izakaya that the owner was so kind and foreigner friendly welcome.

La ruta correcta es: salir de la salida central de la estación de Kioto, caminar ligeramente hacia la derecha hasta el costado de la carretera, cruzar la calle en la intersección, ir por Karasuma-dori (ir a la izquierda de Karasuma-dori), girar a la izquierda en Karasuma-shichijo y el hotel estará a menos de 100 metros. El recorrido completo sólo dura 5 minutos a pie.

I really enjoyed staying at this ryokan in Gion, Kyoto. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed for longer! Upon arrival, you must remove your shoes before entering and checking in. The check in process was quick and simple. Once checked in at the front desk, I was taken to my room and a member of staff sat with me at the table and poured tea etc. Possibly due to language barriers though, it was entirely clear what was going on the whole time so I was mostly just confused. It would have been nice to have some form of explanation beforehand as to the check in process and what was expected when staying at the property so that I appreciated the experience as it happened. I did receive a leaflet on all such things post-check in (which was an amazing touch!) so I guess I learnt in hindsight what had happened! I left the property soon after but upon return, the staff had clearly been in my room to tidy away the tea etc, which again I was not aware would be happening! The location of the property was really great and I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit, other than most temples which I got public transport/a taxi to. The room itself was beautifully traditional, though the bathroom facilities were very basic. The futon bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. It was certainly an experience to stay in the room and try on the traditional clothing provided. The room included breakfast (was unaware of this too!) that was to be delivered to the room but I was unable to experience this as I left earlier than the breakfast time. Check out was simply handing back the key before leaving so was very quick! The property gave me a lovely souvenir to take back too which, again, was a lovely touch! Overall, a really great property that I wish I'd had more time to experience!

El vestíbulo de la primera planta ofrecía cepillos de dientes, peines, maquinillas de afeitar y bolsitas de té Itoen gratis. En recepción se hablaba chino, y el ambiente era muy agradable. Nakamō estaba a la vuelta de la esquina, sirviendo fideos udon al estilo japonés a precios asequibles para desayunar. La estación de Nijojo-mae, de la línea Tozai del metro de Kioto, está a 400 metros, lo que facilita mucho el transporte. En mi última noche, rompí accidentalmente el asa de una taza de porcelana. Se lo dije al personal de recepción al salir, pero me dijeron que no había problema y que no me exigían ninguna compensación. Lo siento mucho. Si vuelvo a Kioto, sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Reservé este hotel por accidente. El chico de recepción era chino y fue muy entusiasta y paciente al comunicarse conmigo. El ambiente del alojamiento también es bueno. Está a sólo cinco o seis minutos a pie de la estación de Kioto, lo cual es muy conveniente. La estación de autobuses del aeropuerto de Kansai y la estación JR también están muy cerca.

Este hotel está a 20 minutos a pie de la estación. Sin embargo, hay un Lawson al lado, así que no tendrás problema para encontrar una tienda de conveniencia. El desayuno y la cena gratuitos estuvieron bien. Los últimos pedidos para la cena son a las 21:00. Puedes comer hasta las 21:30. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Me pareció que no había muchas guarniciones para acompañar el arroz. La lavandería y el baño público grande están en el primer sótano. El baño público grande también tiene sauna, lo cual estuvo bien. Hay muchos enchufes en la habitación, que son fáciles de usar, pero el interruptor del refrigerador está al lado de la almohada. En general estuvo bien, pero... está entre las estaciones de Kujo y Jujo, a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de Kioto. Si puedes soportarlo, creo que es un buen hotel.

El ambiente es muy bueno. La habitación individual vale la pena. Todo el mundo es tranquilo y dormí profundamente. Hay una parada de autobús a menos de 100 metros del hotel. El transporte en Japón está tan desarrollado que puedes regresar en coche dondequiera que estés.

Buscamos este hotel de emergencia solo para una noche y está muy limpio, la ubicación es muy buena, está a 10 min o menos de la estación de Kioto. El personal muy amable. El cuarto es muy pequeño pero funcional. Toma en cuenta que las regaderas son compartidas y están hasta el piso subterráneo. Camas cómodas y limpias.
