«Excellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

«Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights.»

«The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range»

I checked in late at midnight, and the process was incredibly smooth. Despite the late hour, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I faced a minor issue with the AC, but the hotel team promptly resolved it, even at midnight, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort.
As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive—completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day.
A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!

Park residency, kuttiady my stay at park residency, kuttiady was a mix of positives and negatives. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

Recientemente me quedé en este hotel de tres estrellas y mientras las habitaciones y las instalaciones estaban cómodas, mi experiencia general fue decepcionante debido a la total falta de conciencia del sistema de transporte de la ciudad.
El bueno:

Minifrigorífico bien almacenado
Instalaciones funcionales
El malo:
Ayuda cero con transporte – Como un huésped desconocido con la ciudad, esperaba que el hotel tuviera al menos unos pocos contactos de cabina o automóvil, especialmente porque el transporte público no está fácilmente disponible. Pedí a un camión que visitara un templo cercano a las 5:30 –6 AM, y su respuesta fue rápida, “Vamos a comprobar”, sólo para volver con, “No está disponible.” Eso fue. No hay alternativas, no hay esfuerzo para ayudar. ¿Qué pasa si yo fuera extranjero? ¿Habrían ido más allá y más allá de entonces?
En la estación de tren – Al llegar, no encontré taxis prepagados, no coches, y después de esperar mucho tiempo, finalmente lo encontré. Como el hotel no ofreció ninguna asistencia de transporte, me forzó a confiar en este conductor durante mi viaje, lo que me trajo a múltiples experiencias desagradables.
Otros huéspedes se enfrentaron a la misma pregunta – No fui el único. Si un hotel se encuentra en una ubicación con opciones de transporte limitadas, es su responsabilidad proporcionar alguna solución o bien conectar con un servicio de cabina o al menos una lista de conductores fiables.
Verificación final:
La única razón por la que la gente reserva hoteles en ciudades desconocidas es tener un nivel de asistencia. Aquí me sentí totalmente amarrado, y eso dejó una impresión negativa duradera. Si estás viajando aquí, estar preparado para luchar con el transporte por ti mismo.

It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
