The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. UUsuario invitadoReservé una casa de huéspedes al azar en Ctrip, ¡y resultó ser increíble! Fue como abrir una caja sorpresa: ¡justo lo que buscaba! La casa de huéspedes está ubicada en el casco antiguo de Cicheng, a solo 30 segundos a pie del estacionamiento de Caihuitai. ¡Qué práctico! El gerente incluso nos agregó a WeChat antes de nuestra llegada para informarnos sobre el estacionamiento y sugerirnos las opciones más convenientes; ¡un detalle muy considerado!
Estamos muy agradecidos con el personal por habernos mejorado la habitación. La habitación mejorada era enorme, con una zona cómoda para relajarse y tomar té. Al registrarnos, recibimos un regalo de bienvenida y fruta, e incluso tuvimos la oportunidad de probar la impresión tipográfica móvil gratis. El personal fue muy paciente, ¡y los niños se lo pasaron genial!
¡Sin duda volveré! ¡Todavía hay muchos lugares en el casco antiguo de Cicheng que no he explorado!

TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

El servicio de recepción es entusiasta y cuidadoso, respondiendo a tiempo, los detalles son muy útiles. La relación calidad-precio es mucho más alta que las expectativas, la próxima vez escogeremos esta casa, se recomienda en serio! La disposición de la habitación es razonable, la ventilación es excelente, la higiene es incómoda y el rincón es muy limpio. El equipo inteligente es especialmente conveniente para usar.

YYas_miniEste hotel es bastante mono. Pero el interior es un laberinto. Me sigue sorprendiendo la cantidad de habitaciones que caben en una sola planta. La habitación era tranquila, salvo que el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido y, como daba al centro del edificio, si otras habitaciones tenían el aire acondicionado encendido, la unidad exterior hacía un ruido ensordecedor.
La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, aunque podría haber estado más limpia. Había polvo y algo de suciedad en el lavabo, el espejo y la mampara de la ducha. Pero era aceptable.
Tiene una ubicación muy práctica y es fácil moverse por la zona. La lavandería era estupenda.
El personal no habla inglés y el check-in tardó bastante. Quizá podrían mejorar preguntando si tienen alguna duda.
El desayuno tenía muy pocas opciones occidentales y vegetarianas. Pero sí que tenían café y estaba bastante bien.

RRojeamI recently stayed at Ningbo Warm Ramble Hotel (Beilun Yintai Branch), and overall, it was a great experience. One of the highlights was the fully automated hotel room, which made everything very convenient and added a modern, tech-savvy touch to the stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room type we booked even included a massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially for visitors to the Beilun area.
However, customer service is an area that could be improved. While the front desk and restaurant staff were able to assist when needed, their overall demeanor often felt unfriendly. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would greatly enhance the overall experience.
In summary, the hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and thoughtful in-room features, but improving staff friendliness would make the stay truly outstanding.

Things to be mentioned for foreign visitors who might not be understood: the breakfast/dinner location is uphill, 15 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you don’t have a car it might be a little uncomfortable (shuttle is provided only in the evening). Another point is that the outdoor spa from the hotel and the shared pool can be accessed only once, therefore do all your things before entering to enjoy the longest. These are not critics, and are advices meant to create awareness for future travellers. Besides that, great experience! I would recommend!
