«Me encantó este hotel. Está limpio, hay mucho que hacer en los alrededores, es fácil pedir un taxi por internet, el personal es amable, el hotel es muy tranquilo, el centro de Phuket está a un paseo, Pa Tong está cerca, Kamala también, el hotel es muy bonito, con preciosas pinturas en cada planta, la cama es cómoda, hay un microondas en la planta baja para calentar comida, hay una lavandería, un aparcamiento seguro para quienes vienen en coche y el personal es encantador. Podría seguir hablando maravillas todo el día. Lo único que no me gustó es que al ducharme, el agua salpicaba por todo el baño. Eso me estresó bastante porque no me gusta el suelo del baño mojado. Pero eso es todo, y lo limpiaban a diario. ¿Volvería a alojarme aquí? Sin duda. Probablemente me quede aquí toda la estancia en lugar de ir de hotel en hotel. Así ahorro dinero y está cerca de todo. Hay un restaurante muy bueno justo al lado del hotel llamado Leo. ¡No se lo pierdan! Cócteles increíbles y comida tailandesa buenísima. Ah, y tienen películas en inglés en la tele.»

«The location is perfect if you’re someone who enjoys Patong—right next to Bangla Road, yet you can still sleep peacefully without any noise. Personally, I disliked everything else about Patong: overpriced, overcrowded, noisy, and full of all sorts of unpleasant characters from every nationality. The only good thing about Patong was this hotel. The lady at the reception is definitely not rude—she’s an absolute sweetheart. This place is very underrated, and I recommend it to everyone.»

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

UUsuario anónimoHtoo Htoo the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

CCharltonFirstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful.
The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night.
As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV.
The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended.
Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out.

Downsides:
- Encountered multiple times when there’s no water while showering or using the tap which is very inconvenient. Not sure what’s the problem but it ought to be fixed
- WiFi connection was intermittent at times, sometimes losing connection

SServikuПостараюсь быть объективным. Выбирал отель за два дня до прилёта, поэтому был ограничен в выборе, но хотелось попасть именно на этот пляж. Раньше он был достаточно малолюден, сейчас ситуация, конечно, изменилась
Итак жирные плюсы :
-Близость к пляжу (вышел из номера- попал сразу на потрясающий пляж и обалденное море.
- В целом красивое место, несмотря на увеличивающийся турпоток в этом месте. Уходя влево можно попасть на живописный островок, вправо-сделаете потрясающие фото на фоне садящихся самолётов.Недалеко действующий буддистский храм.
- рядом всевозможные магазинчики и кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк, а также ночной рынок.
-По сравнению с Патонгом достаточно мало(пока) людей. Рекомендуется семьям с детьми.
Минусы (сразу отмечу,что был в одном номере,поэтому в общем картина по в других номерах может быть и другой:
-Когда отель пишет,что в номере есть окно,он лукавит...лучше бы его вообще не было, потому что открывается сантиметров на 30 и то на лестницу, и на кусок грязного забора, а по ночам за ним происходят какие то разборки местного населения с душераздирающим криками)Спать так себе конечно.....
-идёт ремонт в соседних номерах, перешагивая и перепрыгивая через кучи строительных материалов и грязные лужи не очень комфортно
-Убитое бельё и мебель....ну имейте уважение к гостям, за эту цену хотя бы одеяла поменяйте.....
-Стеклянная входная дверь.....мне,здоровому мужику, по большому счёту наверное не так страшно, девушкам может быть некомфортно.....
-в душе плохо уходит вода, заливает по щиколотку весь пол и возле унитаза и возле мойки....
- слышимость просто нереальная....как будто в одном номере с соседями.....
-В целом грязновато и неряшливо,идёшь по коридору, а вокруг всё разбросано,неухожено и т.д....
Девочки с ресепшена старались, но вот остался какой то негатив после проживания. Возможно после ремонта будет лучше.

UUsuario invitadoEs muy difícil elegir un hotel en Phuket. Durante estos 4 días, me quedé en un mal hotel la primera noche y decidí cambiarme a otro hotel al día siguiente. Estaba satisfecho con este hotel, así que renové mi reserva. Otra noche, y el precio principal también fue más rentable.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la salida está justo en la costa. Hay 2.711 tiendas a 200 metros. También es conveniente para ir de compras. También hay un mercado nocturno con puestos de aperitivos.
El hotel debería ser renovado, las habitaciones son muy nuevas, los baños son antiguos, pero están muy limpios.
El personal de servicio también es muy bueno. Si necesitamos algo con qué comunicarnos, nos ayudarán a hacerlo.
Además, hay un punto de recogida de basura en el cruce. Huele un poco al entrar y salir durante el día, pero no afecta la habitación.
