My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

Htoo Htoo the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

No todo el mundo viaja con poco equipaje, en nuestro caso, llevábamos una maleta grande, la cual toca subir hasta la última planta por las escaleras, ya que no tiene ascensor. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

My first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean. That is all you can see. Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules. If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪 Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money. This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁 They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

Постараюсь быть объективным. Выбирал отель за два дня до прилёта, поэтому был ограничен в выборе, но хотелось попасть именно на этот пляж. Раньше он был достаточно малолюден, сейчас ситуация, конечно, изменилась Итак жирные плюсы : -Близость к пляжу (вышел из номера- попал сразу на потрясающий пляж и обалденное море. - В целом красивое место, несмотря на увеличивающийся турпоток в этом месте. Уходя влево можно попасть на живописный островок, вправо-сделаете потрясающие фото на фоне садящихся самолётов.Недалеко действующий буддистский храм. - рядом всевозможные магазинчики и кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк, а также ночной рынок. -По сравнению с Патонгом достаточно мало(пока) людей. Рекомендуется семьям с детьми. Минусы (сразу отмечу,что был в одном номере,поэтому в общем картина по в других номерах может быть и другой: -Когда отель пишет,что в номере есть окно,он лукавит...лучше бы его вообще не было, потому что открывается сантиметров на 30 и то на лестницу, и на кусок грязного забора, а по ночам за ним происходят какие то разборки местного населения с душераздирающим криками)Спать так себе конечно..... -идёт ремонт в соседних номерах, перешагивая и перепрыгивая через кучи строительных материалов и грязные лужи не очень комфортно -Убитое бельё и мебель....ну имейте уважение к гостям, за эту цену хотя бы одеяла поменяйте..... -Стеклянная входная дверь.....мне,здоровому мужику, по большому счёту наверное не так страшно, девушкам может быть некомфортно..... -в душе плохо уходит вода, заливает по щиколотку весь пол и возле унитаза и возле мойки.... - слышимость просто нереальная....как будто в одном номере с соседями..... -В целом грязновато и неряшливо,идёшь по коридору, а вокруг всё разбросано,неухожено и т.д.... Девочки с ресепшена старались, но вот остался какой то негатив после проживания. Возможно после ремонта будет лучше.

Me gusta mucho ese hostal y lo reservé por segunda vez. El lugar es el mejor, todo está muy cerca. Viví en la habitación durante 6 personas. Las camas son privadas, limpias y cómodas. Debo advertir: debido al horario del aire acondicionado, puede hacer mucho calor dentro de la habitación entre los 10 y los 16 grados, como más de 30 grados. La verdad es que no me molesta, pero para alguien puede ser difícil. La ducha es buena, hay agua caliente, está limpia y no he visto ningún insecto. Una cama está muy cerca del baño, pero yo tenía otra. También me gustó la cocina, el balcón común y la zona de la piscina. Nadie la usa, pero es un placer estar cerca. Solo tengo una queja: el teléfono no funciona, no pude contactar con recepción. Una vez olvidé mi llave (culpa mía, pero) y tuve que esperar 5 horas fuera a que viniera alguien. Creo que debería haber alguien disponible al teléfono para emergencias. Revisé si el teléfono estaba disponible al día siguiente, pero no lo estaba. En general, me encanta el lugar y me quedaría más tiempo.

Es muy difícil elegir un hotel en Phuket. Durante estos 4 días, me quedé en un mal hotel la primera noche y decidí cambiarme a otro hotel al día siguiente. Estaba satisfecho con este hotel, así que renové mi reserva. Otra noche, y el precio principal también fue más rentable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la salida está justo en la costa. Hay 2.711 tiendas a 200 metros. También es conveniente para ir de compras. También hay un mercado nocturno con puestos de aperitivos. El hotel debería ser renovado, las habitaciones son muy nuevas, los baños son antiguos, pero están muy limpios. El personal de servicio también es muy bueno. Si necesitamos algo con qué comunicarnos, nos ayudarán a hacerlo. Además, hay un punto de recogida de basura en el cruce. Huele un poco al entrar y salir durante el día, pero no afecta la habitación.

El hostal tiene una ubicación excelente. Todos los servicios están cerca. Lo mejor es que el personal es amable y tiene una moral alta. Recomiendo visitar este hostal; no se arrepentirán.

Un hostal genial, muy cerca del casco antiguo, con habitaciones bonitas, enchufes e iluminación junto a cada cama, toallas incluidas, un amplio espacio para reuniones en la planta baja con mesas y sofás, muy práctico para trabajar, y una pequeña zona común en la segunda planta. Me encantó todo.
