«新酒店，裝修不錯，設備很新，房間乾淨衞生，老闆為了照顧我想要雙人床還為我們升級了房間。遺憾的是我晚上沒睡好，對門有一桌大媽開着門打麻將，老闆娘跟它們説了要關上門結果關了一會兒就打開了，一邊敲敲打打一邊大聲説話直到半夜12：33分才散夥，吵吵嚷嚷地走了，隔壁的人可能是看電視播放廣場舞音樂，估計電視機或者設備正好跟我們床頭一牆之隔，聲音可以直接傳到我的房間，夜深人靜時就覺得挺吵，直到11：37分有人敲門叫停，估計別的客人也受害投訴了，本以為到了半夜這一切都結束了可以好好睡覺，沒想到還有男人不時大聲説話，然後砰的一聲關門，還砰了過很多次，我有點懷疑是值夜班的工作人員所為，總之睡得很糟，希望酒店改善一下管理，硬件設施好是一個好的基礎，細節上問題的解決才真正考驗能不能留住客户的水平。»
