El personal era amable. El hotel limpio, muy cómodo y sobre todo con una ubicación es excelente. Al salir del hotel y girar a la derecha está la entrada del parque que te lleva hasta la pagoda del sol y la luna. El paseo merece la pena.
Nos guardaron la maleta más de medio día para poder hacer una excursión que teníamos reservada.
Si no llevas cargador en la habitación hay un adaptador para diferentes tipos de móviles.
Todo correcto para alojarse un par de noches. Todo está muy cerca.»

«Llegué muy tarde por la noche, pero la recepción siguió siendo atenta. Xiao Jiang, de la recepción, no mostró impaciencia y me registró rápidamente. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, con una excelente insonorización y un ambiente exterior tranquilo. El proyector era de alta definición y fluido, perfecto para relajarse viendo una serie hasta altas horas de la noche.»

UUsuario invitadoViajé a finales de diciembre. En general, el ambiente de la casa de huéspedes era muy agradable, la vista desde el balcón era tal como se mostraba en la foto y era muy tranquilo. La dueña fue muy amable; podías preguntarle cualquier cosa. El perro glotón, Fa Cai, parecía distante y no solía iniciar juegos, ¡pero podías acercarte a él para jugar! 🤣 El único inconveniente fue un pequeño problema con el proyector; lo reporté y espero que el dueño lo arregle.

UUsuario invitadoSimplemente perfecto. La dueña es muy maja y atenta, intenta ayudarte en todo lo que puede. Llegamos antes del check in y aún así hizo lo posible por darnos la habitación antes. De hecho, como la habitación que reservamos olía a tabaco e íbamos con un niño nos hizo un upgrade a otra habitación. Se agradece la atención y el gesto. Además tiene una cafetería y en la planta superior es un Cat café ❤️.
La ubicación es perfecta, es cierto que tienes que andar unos minutos hasta la zona donde puedes coger un Didi.
Desde luego recomendable 100%

UUsuario invitadoUn perro ladra en la puerta de paja, y las verdes montañas se acercan al anochecer. Esta posada rural, encantadoramente sorprendente y aislada, fue una experiencia inolvidable. La casera fue increíblemente amable, y la comida del dueño fue excelente, con el aroma único a leña típico de las comidas campestres. Al despertar por la mañana, al abrir la puerta, vimos la montaña Luosishan justo ante nuestros ojos. Las plantas del patio estaban dispuestas de forma encantadora y variada, y el cercano huerto de pomelos emanaba una fragancia tranquila. Llegamos de noche, y aunque la casera nos había dado indicaciones e información sobre el aparcamiento con antelación, aún estaba completamente oscuro en las montañas. Por suerte, la casera y su perro, Xiaoju, salieron a recibirnos. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, con todas las comodidades, perfecta para quienes disfrutan de la vida rural. Le dijimos a la casera que queríamos ir de excursión al mirador de Damianshan al día siguiente, y nos preparó una guía detallada de rutas de senderismo. A menos que fuera demasiado temprano y no pudiéramos ver nada, seguir la guía debería haber sido fácil. La caminata desde la posada hasta la plataforma de observación Damianshan tomó aproximadamente una hora, dependiendo de su nivel de condición física, pero el paisaje allí era absolutamente único en Xingping.

SShangshanzhichengReseña: Investigué un poco antes y encontré esta casa de huéspedes en Ctrip. Tenía una vista estupenda, artículos de aseo desechables y el precio de la habitación era razonable. Después de reservar, agregué a la dueña a WeChat para preguntar sobre el clima, la hora de llegada y la distancia al mirador. Está muy cerca de los miradores 1 y 2. La casa de huéspedes tiene un restaurante en la planta baja, y la dueña cocina toda la comida ella misma; ¡está deliciosa!

Choosing LINJING HOMESTAY was a great decision! I recommend it 100%.
THE BEST OF A HOTEL: Spacious, beautiful, bright room with all the amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The views were fabulous, the bed was wonderful (large, with a comfortable, soft mattress and very soft sheets), it also had chairs and a table to work at, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. I liked that there were natural plants, too. The bathroom was fantastic. The bidet water gun was a pleasant surprise. You can shower with very hot water and good pressure. Don't worry if the floor gets wet: the water-repellent tiles dry very quickly. There are disposable towels if you want to bathe in the river, but there are also soft cotton towels and non-slip slippers to use in the hotel.
THE BEST OF A HOMESTAY: The hosts are a warm local family. I was touched by their kindness and hospitality. They helped me a lot and always gave me fruit and other nice things to eat. They were always willing to share a cup of tea. They also got me a motorbike at a very good price. And they let me use their washing machine for free. They even drove me to the station and dropped me directly on my bus.
THE SURROUNDINGS: The location is excellent. It is a quiet neighbourhood where local families live. You meet very friendly people all the time. You just have to cross the bridge in front of the hotel to get to the old quarter. Behind the hotel there is a path leading up to a viewpoint that few people know about. The path is very well signposted and is perfect for watching the sunset.

GGan Yung ChyanI arrived in Guilin from Kunming late after 12 am and there is no tourist information counter staff at the airport to tell me where to wait for the hotel's airport transfer driver. Fortunately an airline check-in counter officer helped me call the hotel to find out where to wait for the driver. Please note wait for the driver next to the police kiosk after leaving Gate 6 of the domestic arrival terminal and crossing the lane. It took me 15 minutes to identify the driver because the driver did not show the placard showing the hotel name Shanshuiyunshang Hotel. The driver was impatiently waiting for a foreign tourist. So I identified myself as a Singaporean looking for the transfer driver of the hotel. He replied that I can follow him, who did not declare the hotel's name. Thank God he brought a group of tourists and me to Shanshuiyunshang Hotel to check-in. I also thank God that the driver escorts me to the Airport Flower Field, which is 569 metres away from the hotel, for plane-spotting, and I walk back to the hotel within 10 minutes to check-out of the hotel for my outgoing trip from Guilin after completing my plane-spotting mission. Other than the hotel airport transfer driver, there is the odour of smoke in the room but I have to bear with it until I leave and I cannot access the hotel wifi by scanning the QR code. The hotel restaurant is very small but dragonfruit is served and the breakfast amount is sufficient to fill my hunger. Shanshuiyunshang Hotel is one of several hotels along the road of Liangjiang Town that has accommodation for tourists but this hotel is the only one in Liangjiang Town to be listed on Trip.com. I will stay here again for the purpose of plane-spotting in Liangjiang Town, the famous airport town of Guangxi.

UUsuario invitadoThe view from the ”Premium Double Room” is fake - the hotel admitted to adding the karst mountains during ”post-production”. Do not book the room if you want dual aspect views onto the famous karst mountains (one side of the room faces some mountains (good view), but the other side faces some buildings).
When we raised their falsification on the advertisement with the reception they admitted to faking the views, and we were able to negotiate electric bike rental as compensation.
However, overall the hotel is good. 20 minute walk into city centre, clean, friendly staff, and a decent view (even if not as advertised) from some rooms. Good for the price!
I wouldn't normally comment on this, but given the other issues we faced it seems that this hotel manager is as opportunistic as possible to exploit and sort change guests. When we arrived, we were given a downgraded room (i.e. facing a concrete wall). When we raised it was the downgraded one we asked for the room we had booked (double aspect windows with the view of the mountains). She was able to give us that room, but as I already explained the photograph of the room advertised contains fake imagery to deceive guests. I hope they change this in the future so that other guests are not deceived like us.
Regarding the compensation for staying in the hotel despite the false advertising, we had negotiated free electric bike rental for one and a half days, and a ¥20 discount to be collected at the end. (They only accepted after I threatened to write an honest review and complain to Trip.com). Unfortunately, on the last day they didn't let us use the e-bike because it was drizzling (only in the morning, it was a bright sunny day for the rest of the day), and then they refused to refund the ¥20 as agreed on the basis that we'd used the e-bikes for half a day (the previous afternoon).
(I have written evidence (via my translation app history) of all of this should the hotel respond and say that I'm not telling the truth).
I am sharing a REAL photo of the room so future guests are aware of the view. I recommend that the hotel improves the honesty of their advertising.
