«Para ser honesto, la higiene es realmente normal.
Reservé dos habitaciones al principio, pero resultó que el piso de una de ellas no estaba limpio y tenía ”pelos”. Después de cambiarme a otra habitación, había ”pelos” en la cama.
Es difícil no preguntarse si no se cambiaron las sábanas. Al final solo pudimos cancelar una habitación y los dos tuvimos que vivir en una habitación.
La ubicación es bastante buena, no muy lejos de la calle comercial y del parque 219.
El servicio en general es normal, no particularmente bueno.
Las instalaciones son muy normales, el agua de la ducha fija es muy pequeña.»

VVST10/10 score for this lovely hotel located in a peaceful suburb of Anshan. It's less than 10km to Anshan city centre. The surroundings are pleasant to walk around.
Thumbs up to the hotel staff. The hotel manager came to the railway station to meet us and sent us to the hotel for free. They helped us with our luggage and are so hospitable.
The hotel front desk staff as well as the kitchen staff are so friendly, making us feel so at ease during our stay here.
The staff also upgraded our room to a big and spacious family room.
The breakfast served is also sumptuous and sufficient for guests.
Their sister hotel is Raphael hotel near the railway station.
I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Raphael hotel.

TTengerxiang停車場導航到白玉蘭酒店（鞍山萬象滙火車站店），在萬象滙南門這邊 看到白玉蘭酒店停車場路口 從最右側酒店專用車道拐進來打對應酒店電話。
下停車場後會有停車引導員，跟着安排走就行，需要充電的可以讓他給你安排充電車位
環境：整個就是一棟寫字樓，一樓大廳好多家酒店大堂，室內環境和設施都是漢庭水平，就是隔音很差，衞生間能聽到隔壁拉屎聲那種差
服務：要按金100，寫字樓電梯經常堵，慎重考慮

YYaowangcangqiong0304這週末再次入住愛客思酒店，看了一下，從23年年底第一次入住到這次，一共住了10次了。可以説，這10次，總體印象都不錯。這一次入住的是1706房間，是最基礎的商務大床房房型。先給出一個結論：在這一房型上，我感到了很高的性價比，愛客思的商務大床房yyds。
服務：這次的服務可以毫不猶豫給到滿分的評價。辦理入住的時候，前台主動和我打招呼，而且由於我到的比較早，房間還沒有打掃出來，前台告知我原因，並且積極聯繫客房部詢問房態，全程都沒有被冷落。而且這次，前台還主動告知了退房時間以及電梯的位置。到達17樓之後，還遇到了應該是樓層經理吧，也是主動和我打招呼，並且詢問我對於1706房間的感受。退房的時候，100元按金也在很短的時間裏原路返回了。最主要的是，這次經理進行了回訪工作，這也是我住過這麼多酒店裡麪，少有的有回訪服務的，真的是非常驚喜和感動。可以説，這次入住，服務方面真的非常滿意，值得好評和點贊。感謝酒店提供的高質量服務。
環境：我相信，愛客思的地理環境不會有人説不好吧。周圍有大商場、火車站、客運站，位於市中心的繁華地方，出行購物非常方便。大堂明亮整潔，房間內部的佈局也合理，面積適中，沒有給人很壓抑的感覺。可以説，愛客思酒店環境這方面也總是能夠讓我放心和滿意的。
衞生：之前幾次住愛客思，住的都不是最基礎的商務大床房這一房型。那幾次，衞生方面的問題都不小。而這次的商務大床房，至少是我住的1706房間，衞生真的讓我眼前一亮，再也沒有之前幾次的那些問題了，這也是我之前評論裏經常説的“愛客思酒店的最基礎房型的性價比是最高的”的原因了。這次入住，除了1706房間的一個水杯底部有比較明顯的水漬之外（圖9），還真沒發現其他的明顯的問題。這次入住，也是近三次以來，衞生方面做的最好的一次，希望能夠保持住啊。
設施：設施方面，這次也真的非常滿意，沒有什麼特別明顯的問題。先説説亮點吧。
第一點就是，1706房間的電視，在插上房卡之後，能夠自動開機，並且自動調齣節目。之前入住的愛客思酒店的高級房型，電視就不是這樣，操作起來非常麻煩。而最基礎的房型就沒有這些問題，真的很好。
第二點就是，1706房間書桌上有枱燈。這個真的是非常亮點的設施。而且對於愛客思酒店來説，高級一些的房型反倒沒有枱燈，而基礎房型（商務大床房和商務雙床房）都是有枱燈的，晚上想看書寫字的話，會有更加充足的光源。所以我為什麼總説最基礎房型才是最好的這個事兒呢，在枱燈這方面也能體現得出來。
第三點，房間的窗簾遮光性很好。這裏還是和之前住的那幾次高級房型對比。之前住的那幾次，窗簾的縫隙都會比較大，多多少少會影響睡眠質量，而這次，這個問題得到了很好的改善。
第四點，我想着重提一下這次入住的床墊子。不知道其他房間是什麼樣的，至少我入住的1706房間，床墊子很柔軟。為什麼我要提這個呢，因為之前住的9次裏面，沒有任何一次的床墊子是這個質感的，之前那些次，床墊子都硬的不行，感覺一點兒彈性都沒有。而這次不是這樣，這也讓舒適度大幅提高（因為我本人更喜歡的就是比較軟的墊子）。不知道酒店是不是對所有房間的床墊子都進行更換了，反正這一點我是非常驚喜的。
至於這次入住的小問題，那就是，1706房間的馬桶蓋有比較明顯的鬆動（視頻1）。另外還有一個小建議就是，可以在房間裏配備消防安全面具。因為我上次入住的房間是有這個設施的，但這次的房間沒有，總感覺有些小缺陷和小遺憾。
整體就這麼多。説真的，這次入住，大毛病我真是一點兒都沒找出來。我其實對酒店的評價挺苛刻的，這點我也知道。但這次，我對愛客思酒店的總體評分高達4.7分以上。説實話，在我的評價裏，能過4.7分的酒店，少之又少。我其實説到這兒有些激動了，這次真的非常滿足。下次我還會來的，而且就住商務大床房或者是商務雙床房了，其他房型短時間內就不考慮了。真的，這倆最實惠、最基礎的房型的性價比真的高到爆炸。我絕對沒有打廣告，我是發自內心説的，而且也都是我實際入住之後的體驗。
其實上一次離店之後，我真的猶豫下次要不要再來了。但是我想到了，之前那幾次一直都沒有迴歸最基礎的房型，所以這次我再來，就是要看一看最基礎的房型究竟是什麼樣的。這次實際體驗下來，沒有踩雷，整體就倆字：很好。
希望酒店能夠保持住這些優勢，希望下次再來的時候，還能有更多的驚喜。祝願酒店能夠越辦越好。
