"Precioso hotel masha Allah: lo más destacado incluye tanto al personal de recepción como al personal del restaurante, que fueron excepcionales con su atento servicio. La comida del restaurante Le Grand Bleu fue de alta calidad, tuvimos un servicio de cena encantador y nos aseguramos de agradecer al jefe de cocina que fue muy amable, así como a los camareros. Los dos jóvenes camareros fueron súper amables y profesionales, encantador de ver. El servicio de desayuno también era muy bueno. Lo único que hubiera sido mejor del hotel es que el baño privado tuviera una bañera en el Executive/Privilege con vistas al mar y una habitación más fresca durante los meses de verano. Aún así recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel."

"Las caracteristicas del hotel son buenas, pero a la hora de la verdad, la picina exterior no estaba en funcionamiento, el personal parecia todo nuevo y no se enteraban de nada. Lo mejor la comida en el restaurante italiano y japones, pero para los pocos comensales que habia, personal muy lento y desentrenado. Y no hablamos de recepcion, no se enteran de nada y ahora 9 dias despues de haber abandonado el Hotel que habia prepaado antes de llegar, siguen reteniendome el dinero en la VISA de las 3 habitaciones. Ademas no tienen mail de aatencion al cliente, con lo cual ponerse en contacto es imposible. Deben mejorar una enormidad."

"Tastefully refurbished. Beautiful interior, beautiful view. 3 days without hot water. Problem solved by an efficient receptionist. Small housekeeping touch-ups to be expected: misaligned cupboard doors that prevent the LEDs from turning off, same thing for the bar fridge that stays on because of the misaligned hook too (5 minutes of DIY and it would be fixed). Cleaning is not just the floor. The stainless steel table legs, the windows, the bathtub apron, the underside of the toilet... we brought our toilet paper. Insufficient napkins. Broken terrace tables, already. Food: horror. For 3 days we had as main course: grilled sea bream, roast chicken or turkey escalope, and then turkey escalope, grilled sea bream or roast chicken. Breakfast: bread to be toasted if necessary, no plates, no saucers, enough to rot the tablecloths and more tablecloths, which are nevertheless of impeccable whiteness (bravo for the linen room). What a shame that this place is full of junk. I repeat that the hotel has been renovated with great taste. Not the mentalities, obviously."
