Clean and tidy place. Staff very friendly Basic place to stop very minimal thing for self catering no toaster short of utensils etc which would help as didn’t want to eat out every morning didn’t change towels whole week we was there near a main road. And was noisy of a night

Arrived at 11pm to be warmly welcomed with the choice of any drink really appreciated after a long day,got to the room and was pleasantly surprised it was a very good size with a separate bedroom, bathroom with a rainfall shower , all the basic needs for self catering, the staff are lovely people who will sort any queries, lovely pool area with really good sunbeds, the strip is only a 5 to 10 minute walk

Just home from a two week stay at villa Ritsa, arrived at 1am to a note on the reception door to tell us what room we were in and key was inside, got no welcome in the morning. After two weeks we still only knew one member off staffs name and that was Manos who was the only one who made time to make conversation.Apartment was very clean though the second week we only had one towel and bed change. Jet two states balcony or terrace which on the ground floor is a table and two chairs outside your front door on pathway to all other apartments.Pool is right next to a very busy main road so heavy traffic noise all day, not very relaxing again not stated by Jet two in description. The worst part for us was for three days prior to our departure we asked if we could keep our room on as we had a late flight and kept getting told to come back later as I’m busy, as we never got an answer we left our room at 10am (checkout is 12am) to be told by the female that at 5pm we would get a room with clean towels to shower in and get changed, she left at 4pm everyday and when we went to get the key at 5pm was told there wasn’t any room available but were told we could use an old apartment that was a storage space jam packed with whatever could be thrown in it and a shower room that was filthy, we used the shower head to wash hands and face as would not have stood in the dirty shower tray. Ate lunch a few days and a couple off breakfasts which were ok. Basically if you book a 2star accommodation you get a 2star service so won’t be doing that again and unfortunately wouldn’t return or recommend.

Absolute gem of a place ,small and friendly, staff and owner very friendly and helpful, lovely clean rooms and sunbeds comfy ,in a great location.not huge snack menu but really tasty, we would defo come back, fìve minute walk into resort, close to supermarket

we stayed at the Villa Ritsa in late August for 2 weeks. The hotel really grows on you the more your there. The atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed and the staff are really lovely people. Minas and his family run a really good hotel. The staff, Manos & Christina are lovely people and really make you feel welcome. We stayed in a family room (room 103) on the 1st floor. The room was spacious, with the main room with 2 single beds and then the bedroom also had 2 single beds, with a hallway joining the 2 rooms with a modern bathroom off the hallway. The pool are is spotless and there are ample loungers. The cleaners keep the place really clean also. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and the cocktails are a lot stronger than the ones you get on the main strip. The Mai Tai was our favourite. You are only a few minutes walk to the main beach area and the main strip road. There is a launderette and a supermarket just 200m down the road which is great. Maria in the supermarket is lovely, and the laundry is 5 euros for a full load of washing, which is very handy to have so close. Overall, we loved our stay here so much that we will be booking to come back as soon as we can. Villa Ritsa and Stalis in general is a fantastic place..... we will be back!!!

No-one to greet us on arrival, it was a piece of paper taped to the bar telling us which room to go to. There is no welcome information pack in the room, nothing to say how much air-con is, or a safe. No-one offered this info the next morning (or the rest of the week), they just asked for our passports and €10.50 cash for the room tax. No info on breakfast times or what options are for breakfast, you simply get the “Full spread” which is a small side plate with one egg, one bacon rasher and one sausage. The pool is nice, there are over 12 loungers but during our stay, these all had towels over them 24 hours by selfish people unwilling to share - the dark side of human nature, but the centre management should disallow this. So there is also fault there. Bar has one beer pump only, the pool and bar area are at the front of the apartments so there’s a very busy main road constantly in use, heavy trucks, multiple coaches and usual traffic. This road is directly on the apartment block, there are 3 underpasses to use to get across to the strip, one to the left which is the safest - the other two are a walk along the busy main road. The bedroom part of the studio is literally one yard (3 feet) from the adjoining apartment block, it’s the flip of a coin if you get quiet neighbours or loud, sadly ours were loud, I had to shout at one bloke speaking Spanish at the top of his voice on his balcony at 4am. The photos Jet2 take of the apartment, like anywhere Jet2 offer, are misleading, the rooms are basic but it is 2*, it’s tired, cupboard doors damaged, shower leaks, no shower shelf for lotions and soaps. Back door faces into a dirty apartment block 3 feet away, front ground floor has no private space, you sit outside your front door on a path that others use to walk to their rooms. We had breakfast included, it consists of 2 slices of warm white bread (not toasted just barely warmed), no option for brown bread, one fried egg, one re-heated rasher of bacon and one re-heated cheap processed sausage, each re-heated on a hot press plate. So the “Full English”’is a 3 piece brekky, rasher, sausage and egg. I’ve been on 9 Jet2 package holidays, after Tenerife 3 months ago I swore it was the last, this time it definitely is. Very poor. The rep text me on my first day, to meet her for apartment updates, it’s mid-way through our 4th day here (out of 7), so not much point there and would ruin our day as the appointment time was midday! Miss her, miss out! I’ve no idea where the good reviews come from, happy hosts, lots of loungers, great cocktails…. We seen none of this. The staff are miserable, they say hello but no conversation, no asking how we’re are etc, they don’t even try, our attempts were dismissed. An honest and frank review saying how it is.
