Visit regularly just to use the restaurant for the full breakfast. Food quality is always of a very high standard, with the duty chef always offering to cook fresh eggs. Restaurant and facilities are very clean The whole experience is greatly enhanced by the lovely Felicia, who is always smiling and happy to help.

Was met with a warm, welcoming and very professional greeting from Pooja at Reception during an easy check-in. Room was a Plus, which was very clean and comfortable. During our stay at Staines Upon Thames PI we found the facilities met all our needs with nothing being too much trouble for the friendly staff ( Ana, Tia and Igor impressed). We return often as it's a home away from home for our needs.

Brilliant little hotel, staying for business. The girls at breakfast the Chef Karolina and Trisha doing the service, nothing is too much trouble! Will be staying here for the next few months so hope it keeps it up……………………………………………………………..

Rooms are clean beds comfy and the restaurant was well presented, food was cooked as requested. Nameesha and Igor looked after my needs. Very good service and very polite. Only one downside was I couldn't finish my cheesecake but probably for the best.

Breakfast is excellent, and I highly recommend stopping by even if you're not staying the night. Trisha was a gracious host. The hotel rooms are great for the price—though you might want to request an extra pillow or two. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is clean and modern with all the facilities you'd expect and is also very close to the train station with is handy! The staff there are great, especially Igor and Ana! They both provide top quality service and have fantastic personalities. Very welcoming, warm and friendly!! The hotel wouldn't be the same with the thout them!
