Stayed at the Travelodge for 3 weeks, split across 2 months. Every day I was greeted by Ruby. I would like to commend her excellent customer service, she was very friendly and solved all issues I had. She deserves recognition from Travelodge. (and a new fan that isn't crushed)

Staff were all excellent but special praise must go to Ruby who continually went above and beyond to ensure the stay was entertaining. That girl deserves a raise and a chair that doesn't move when she stands up.

Parking £4.20 WIFI £3.5 Breakfast £5.samll room toilet stinking with urine No airconditioning I have summarised every thing so make an informed decision

I have stayed here a few times and the team here never fail to make my weekend a great one, always helpful and friendly. A short walk to town and some shops are even closer. Now there is a Burger king aswell as the KFC and taco bell! Close to Stafford park too which I enjoy strolling through on a sunny afternoon. Hotel is always clean and the price is amazing

I stay here regularly and it's always very clean and the staff are very welcoming. It's well situated for the town or food and I always enjoy my stay. I will be returning as have stayed in many places which don't compare to the price and quality here

The room stunk of urine Filthy Sheets stunk Pillows uncomfortable Noisy Banging at 8am onwards of doors Cleaners in hallway noisy No phone signal Had to pay for parking !!

We stayed over in Stafford for a night for a family event we booked early check in and We were welcomed by the lovely and polite Alison she helped us with signing we needed she told us what was around and the service was amazing definitely recommend

As Travelodges go, this is definitely one of the best. Really helpful staff (especially Alison and her colleague) a very clean room and it felt like they'd spaced the guest out to not intrude on each other and so at bedtime the place was silent. My room was at the back with an entire view of a Beech bush. Sounds weird, but it was really calm & relaxing! I'll definitely stay again.
