"Antes: Es un 3-Sterne-Hotel. Por lo tanto, esta evaluación también se refiere a exactamente esta categoría de hotel. Quien tiene más derechos tiene que reservar 4 ó 5 estrellas. El hotel está descentralizado y tranquilo y tiene un aparcamiento suficientemente grande. El restaurante del hotel está situado en un edificio separado y aparentemente también es muy frecuente por los huéspedes locales, especialmente porque hay una pista de cojinete. Hemos estado allí con un grupo de amigos con un total de 12 personas y 7 habitaciones. Para nuestro grupo, había reservado por correo electrónico y podía hacer una buena declaración de los detalles. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, aunque no modernas en todos los detalles. Lo mismo se aplicaba a nuestro baño - limpio y ordenado, pero no renovado ayer. El desayuno se organiza en una habitación en el edificio del hotel. ¡Se reservaron 4 mesas extra para nuestro grupo - muy atento! El desayuno era rico y bien, el bufete se llenó regularmente. Resumen: Por unos 100 € por noche y habitación doble absolutamente bien. Sólo gotas de vermut: Por un perro tuvo que pagar 15 euros extra. Puedes encontrarlo, pero no tienes que hacerlo. Restaurante del hotel: habíamos pedido de caña verde y estabamos absolutamente satisfechos con la comida servida (y no comíamos caña verde por primera vez!) El servicio era amable y intransigente, pero atento. También aquí se ha producido una relación entre el precio y el rendimiento."

"My experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. When booking, it was completely unclear that reception closed at 6:00 PM; this information was hidden in a secondary clause and not repeated in the pre-check-in messages. We received a message at 5:51 PM informing us of the closure and that we would have to collect our keys ourselves. The room assigned to us did not match our reservation. We had chosen an 18 square meter room in the main building, but were given accommodations in a separate building, partially below street level. The window, which overlooks the parking lot, is at the height of car exhaust pipes—a detail never mentioned in the description. Furthermore, the room had a step at the entrance and a kitchen that was neither requested nor indicated in the room description. These are all features that reduce the actual space and do not correspond at all to what was advertised. We immediately reported the situation, requesting to be moved the next day to a suitable room or, alternatively, a refund. The hotel never responded to either our direct message or the reminder through the booking portal. Even at checkout, the staff completely ignored the issue. Fortunately, the portal we booked through acknowledged the issue and refunded us. I strongly recommend paying close attention before booking: the room management did not match the descriptions, and communication with the hotel was non-existent."
