En nuestro caso alquilamos un apartamento, y todo fue como esperábamos. Por si sirve de aclaración para la posible duda que a nosotros nos surgió, al ver opiniones sobre que había que ir a la recepción de otro hotel y demás...la misma compañía tiene dos hoteles y un edificio de apartamentos. En las fotos, aparecen las instalaciones del hotel más nuevo, el que tiene la recepción y el que está en mejores condiciones. Todos tenemos acceso a ellas. PEro es verdad que son tres tipos de instalaciones, con tres precios y por tanto estados distintos. Aún así, está todo muy bien para el precio que tiene, y todos los hoteles están cerca entre ellos. Lo mejor es que tiene la parada de bus central muy cerca, y lo peor, es que si teníamos que salir a las 11, a las 10 estaban los de la limpieza llamando y ”echándonos” (por supuesto, no nos fuimos hasta las 11.

I had such a fabulous experience at this hotel. I've stayed on Malta and this hotel is the very best. Great value for Money as you get alot included such as free safe, a mini bar (first time ) dressing gown and slippers. Gorgeous smelling shower gel, hand and body lotion, Netflix, pool towel and can be changed for a fresh one. Other hotels you have to pay extra for all these things Loved the fresh orange juice machine maker ( no other hotel on Malta has one ) honeycomb and fresh to made omelettes. Food is outstanding! I loved to see Vivi, Sofi, Petya and Subina from a previous hotel I stayed at - these staff are first class. All staff were very helpful Same General Manager and Food and beverage Manager from a previous hotel I stayed that's why this hotel is extremely well run. Most comfiest beds too and gorgeous rooms - and immaculate cleaning daily. Loved watching the sun go down on the roof top pool, Loved my stay. Will be returning soon I went for 3 nights and extended and stayed 8 nights as just loved it.

J'ai pris une chambre avec formule petit déjeuner (qui est bien marqué lors de la réservation sur le site) + justificatif sur mon reçu mais on m'a dit que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. J'ai bel est bien montré le reçu indiquant cela mais l'information que l'hôtel a reçue n'est pas correcte indiquant que pas de petit déjeuner. Ils ne veulent pas trop entendre. Bref, pour ne pas faire d'histoire sur cela, j'ai dit OK. Si je l'ai su, j'ai pris une autre formule. Un peu décevant de la part de trip.com

Pebbles Resort has a lot of positives but also some areas for improvement. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated near a bus stop where you can catch buses to almost every route in Malta. Buses are frequent and cost only €2 for a two-hour ride. The square is a short six-minute walk, offering plenty of food options. Beaches are just a quick bus ride away, and ferries are also easily accessible. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has two pools: an outdoor one and a warm indoor pool. The indoor pool is very comfortable, but the hot tub was disappointing—colder than the pool and with jets that only work for 30 seconds at a time, requiring constant button-pressing. The towels provided for pool use are old and could use an upgrade. The gym is small and often busy, so timing is key if you want to work out. Food: The food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. Unlike many hotel buffets, the staff at Pebbles Resort rotates trays frequently, ensuring the food is both fresh and appealing. However, the buffet and à la carte menus are separate, which was disappointing. I couldn’t try items like cheesecake or creamed chicken from the buffet during à la carte dining. Rooms: The room itself was nice, with some standout features like the television built into the mirror. The balcony was a good size, but my stay was marred by a neighbor plucking cigarette ashes over their balcony instead of using the ashtray provided. Additionally, the refrigerator never got cold, which was inconvenient as there are no ice buckets in the rooms, forcing me to go to the bar for ice. Service: Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. Despite being the only ones waiting, the staff couldn’t expedite the process, leaving my daughter to fall asleep on the lobby couch—a completely embarrassing experience. The hotel also lacks luggage carts and staff to assist with heavy luggage, which is especially frustrating when traveling with kids and a lot of bags. Conclusion: While Pebbles Resort offers a fantastic location, good food, and decent facilities, it falls short in service and attention to detail. Small improvements, like better towels, functional hot tubs, luggage assistance, and quicker room readiness, could elevate the experience significantly. Rating: 3.5/5

Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones de este hotel, tanto la piscina exterior con vistas al mar como la piscina interior grande y muy agradable, buena temperatura del agua. Habitación decente y excelente bienvenida, nada que decir, excelente servicio, buen desayuno.
