La experiencia es muy buena, la ubicación es conveniente, la recepción es amable, muy acogedora y presta mucha atención a la privacidad de los huéspedes Justo a tiempo para un simulacro de incendio, se imprimirá una nota con anticipación.

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de Paceville, pero no se ha cumplido sus promesas. La piscina interior y el gimnasio están cerrados, que no se notificó en su sitio, por lo que fue un buen momento que no estaban disponibles.

We wanted a place to stay near the beach in Malta. We were a bit nervous after reading previous reviews, but it wasn’t the case for us at all! We had a nice room with air conditioning. The room and the bathroom were clean. Towels were provided. If you habe trouble sleeping with noise, do bring ear plugs as some rooms are directly near the street. We weren’t too bothered with the noise. The only downside of the room was the water pressure of the shower, which is quite a minor complaint. The location of the hotel is great, many clubs, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage and go to the pool prior to check-in. All in all, we would recommend and stay again!

Excelente opción en Malta en el area de San Julian, ubicación insuperable. Check in rápido y eficiente en la 8va planta. Habitación moderna, limpia, isonorizada y con las comodidades básicas. TV con canales en varios idiomas. Cuarto de baño moderno, pulcro y espacioso. Buena calidad de las toallas. Wifi con velocidad de 15Mbps aprox. Desayuno incluido básico pero que cumple los objetivos. Justo al lado tienen un local donde comprar agua y cualquier otra cosa necesaria. Sin duda alguna, relación precio/calidad insuperable.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Onyx a San Julian, Malta, è stato semplicemente stupendo. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un calore e una disponibilità eccezionali da parte del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con professionalità e cortesia. La pulizia dell'hotel è impeccabile, con stanze sempre ordinate e perfettamente igienizzate, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato e che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. La colazione merita un 10 pieno: ricca, variegata e di alta qualità, è il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Ogni mattina siamo stati deliziati da una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e gustosi che hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Quando torneremo a Malta, l'Hotel Onyx sarà senza dubbio il nostro punto di riferimento. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque desideri un soggiorno all'insegna del comfort, della pulizia e dell'ospitalità eccellente.

Solo business travel. Arrived late, lobby looked inviting and check in was ok. Room was a different story…appreciate this is a 3* hotel so not expecting the Ritz, I’m happy anywhere that is clean / comfortable but: * roaches in bathroom * drain next to toilet absolutely stinks of sewage * door only can be closed with brute force * fridge in cupboard makes a constant very loud noise * curtains hanging off track so don’t close properly and are literally black with dirt * walls so thin you can hear people snoring (amongst other things) from adjoining rooms Whilst beyond the hotels control other points: * building site next door that starts using heavy machinery from 6am * very noisy at night from the street and other guests coming in from the nearby bars If you like sleep and cleanliness I would stay elsewhere!

Excelente hotel situado en el corazón de Paceville. Limpieza y personal realmente en la parte superior. Un hotel raro con estas características en el movimiento de Malta. Asimismo, se recomienda. Ah olvidé, el desayuno continental es variado y sabroso (no falta nada desde el dulce al salto).

Modern hotel in a great central spot. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and many of the facilities e.g. television and wifi were good. Shower being situated in the room for a twin birth was impractical, meaning one of us had to leave the room whilst they other showered. Shower curtain provided for privacy but see through. Our shower also leaked all over the bedroom floor every-time it was used.

Muy buena ubicación junto a la parada de bus Ross desde donde puedes ir prácticamente a cualquier lugar de la isla, también conexión directa al puerto para tomar el ferry a Gozo y Comino. Desayuno buffet con un poco de todo. Todos los días se ofrecía prácticamente lo mismo pero había dónde elegir. La habitación amplia, con mucho espacio para deshacer las maletas, balcón y nevera. El hotel es nuevo. Cerca hay tiendas de alimentación, supermercados, farmacia, bares y restaurantes. No obstante, en el hotel no se oye un ruido. Uno de los recepcionistas habla español. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Fantastic- we cannot wait to come again. I contacted the hotel and for a very small fee they would provide tea/coffee/milk/ kettle. These were in our room on arrival. Sonia even bought my daughter a specific breakfast as she has lots of allergies. We cannot be thankful enough for this! The hotel even arranged our transfer to and from the airport- incl child seat so we didn’t have to lug this around the purport! The hotel is Very traditional,warm welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. There is a lift too! The location is central and easily accessible to buses, taxis or walking along the beautiful paths! Sonia on reception is fantastic and communication before our stay was exceptional!
